First time in Lexington.
Pros:

Excellent staff very comfortable bed free coffee whatever you wanted one from the machine in the dining area room was nicely laid out.

Cons:

Little bit of isolated for me and my wife as we prefer amenities closer to hand, there was no bar and there was some noise from trains in the early hours.

The coffee and parking

Cons:

The place was old, and things needed upgrades my room the door lock didn't work with key card .was on the 4th floor seemed every time I tried to get in had to go down stairs and get one of the staff to help get in the fan in bathroom didn't work one of the beds was broken the small gym downstairs ac didn't work was hot and the breakfast wasn't all that good your prices were to high for that hotel

It was loud and we were unable to sleep.
Pros:

It was close to Rupp Arena.

Cons:

People on our floor (a rugby team) were very loud and banging on doors and yelling all night long.
