Esperienza purtroppo deludente, soprattutto per la gestione del cliente.

Ho soggiornato la notte del 28 ottobre, pagando tramite Booking. Al check-out, la mattina successiva, ho comunicato alla receptionist che probabilmente avrei avuto necessità di fermarmi anche la notte del 29, un giovedì infrasettimanale. La ragazza è stata molto gentile e disponibile, mi ha assicurato che non ci sarebbero stati problemi, vista la disponibilità di diverse camere, e mi ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli nella stessa stanza.

Avendo chiesto se, pagando direttamente in hotel anziché tramite Booking, avrei potuto ottenere una tariffa più conveniente, mi era stato prospettato un possibile risparmio o, quantomeno, il mantenimento della stessa tariffa già pagata su Booking.

Al mio rientro nel pomeriggio, invece, mi è stato comunicato che il costo della seconda notte sarebbe addirittura aumentato. Un cambio di condizioni che ho trovato poco corretto, anche perché avevo già lasciato i bagagli in camera facendo affidamento sulle rassicurazioni ricevute al mattino. La receptionist del pomeriggio, inoltre, si è dimostrata poco gentile e disponibile.

Non è una questione di pretendere sconti, ma di chiarezza, coerenza e professionalità. Negli altri hotel in cui ho soggiornato, pagando direttamente alla reception, ho sempre trovato condizioni più vantaggiose.

Considerando anche la posizione periferica della struttura, nella zona industriale di Cagliari-Elmas, mi sarei aspettata maggiore attenzione al cliente.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel für 1-2 Nächte, gut bei frühen Abflügen
Pros:

Komfortables und sauberes Hotel mit gutem Frühstücksbuffet und sehr guten Kaffeespezialitäten, die in Barista-Qualität frisch zubereitet werden. Da lohnt sich das Warten.
Äußerst freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Auch wenn es das zum Flughafen nächstgelegene Hotel ist, funktioniert die Anbindung dorthin nur mit Taxi, was den Aufenthalt dann indirekt teurer macht.
Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Innenstadt von Cagliari ist auch nicht ideal.
Etwas triste Umgebung.

Enjoyable bt required transport at all times as quite a distance form the Centre of town.
Pros:

Good breakfast
Evening meal was also very nice but although a resident could not always get a table due to bus trips arriving for an overnight stay.
Room was adequate and comfortable

Cons:

Lack of staff on Bar had to go to reception to get a member of staff to come to Bar.

Not being able to get a tale for an evening meal even although a resident only on occasional nights.
