Cons:

The disabled bathroom was a wet room, when you have a shower the water runs as far as the door and toilet making the floor very slippery for a person with walking difficulties it's dangerous.
3 nights were quiet, the Saturday there was a wedding and people were talking, banging doors and children running in the corridor until 3 am

Room was spacious and the Bed was comfortable

Cons:

The Air Conditioning didnt work at all!!! It was apparently really old and dated compared to other rooms. It was 39 degrees in my room during the afternoon/evening and me and my son could barely sleep.

Cold showers
Pros:

Receptionist on check in was lovely.
Room was ok for family
Location good for family

Cons:

Very poor response to cold shower , shower not working on first morning.
No one answering phone, delayed day out and cost us money .
We should be refunded.

Toilets in reception dirty.

Cons:

Terrible first night in the original room we were given due to totally ineffective aircon, even the manager said it was unbearable and probably unsafe. Only partially solved by large portable fan.
The fact is we should not have even been allocated that room, seems like a booking mix up, smaller than the one I paid for. We were moved from the 5th floor executive room the next day to a 1st floor premier executive room with fully working aircon which was the room I paid for, also with fully working and safe kettle (the one in the other room nearly gave me a full facial steam sauna after the lid came off after boiling) and balcony doors that fully locked.
All in all, not agreat stay at a hotel brand I have used in the past, not anymore as it looks as though standards have dropped.

Uncomfortable and disappointing

One of the main reasons we stay here is the fact the rooms have fridges and a safe, which is very important. The breakfast is always good, and in the main, the staff are very friendly and accommodating

Cons:

For the first time staying at this hotel, we had to complain about the room. Normally, the room passes our expectations; however, this time it failed. We had paid extra for a deluxe room, expecting a comfortable room with good air conditioning. What we found was a large room, poorly laid out. The sofa bed was at a diagonal to the TV, so you couldn't sit on the sofa to watch TV. The bed was so far away, you couldn't lie in bed and actually hear the TV. A simple rejigging of the layout would make this a much more enjoyable stay. The aircon unit worked, but it was not powerful to cool the room down. The temperature throughout the day had been 33 degrees Celsius, the room never actually cooled down much below this. We requested extra pillows from reception, which never appeared. All in all, a very uncomfortable and disappointing stay
