Terrible decision to trust booking and IHG
Pros:

Cancelled reservation 15 minutes after it was made and booking refused to refund. Our company will never use booking or IHG ever again over 496.41. We’ve posted this to our Facebook, instagram and all other social media accounts and encourage everyone we encounter to do same never use booking.com and never stay at a IHG affiliate. It’s been quite entertaining to think we costed these companies far more than they stole from us. Stay tuned for more….
