Very unsatisfied reserved 2 beds on 1 bed was available and reserved in april called 3 times before our trip was assured everything was set and it was not nothing

Cons:

Kids running up and down the halls, yelling screaming, and tearing stuff up until after 1 AM in the morning. Front desk was called four separate times and each time was told they would investigate.

I will never stay at this location.
Pros:

Rooms were decent.

Cons:

The pool area looked awful. Strong chemical odor from lobby down the hallway to my room. But once in the room it was ok.

The negative experience is due to the fact they charged my card twice and even though they are telling booking.com that they refunded and resolved the issue, my card is still showing as a charge. A POSTED charge and not just under PENDING charges. I have tried different ways to reach out and nothing from the hotel to me. I travelled internationally to stay there and now I am back home and I feel like this won’t be resolved.

Pros:

It was clean and had a good breakfast, beds were comfortable and a good value

Cons:

I booked a standard queen room and was put up in a handicap room on the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor wasn't an issue for me it was strange to be given a handicap accessible room when I didn't request that and do not need it.

It was very pleasant and in a convenient location!
Pros:

The receptionist during our evening stay was the sweetest and best. I can’t remember her name, but she is skinny, black hair, and has tattoos. That woman deserves a raise!

Cons:

Too much chlorine in the hot tub! Also, the water didn’t get hot enough in our room.

Great place to stay if going to Omaha, Nebraska.
Pros:

Nice area. Clean and great breakfast. Staff all very courteous. Paige welcomed us and offered delicious cookies when we arrived.

We appreciated the hand sanitizers at various locations, but some were empty or battery was not working.

Cons:

Exercise room was not operable, but offered the exercise room at Candlewood hotel next door.
