Breakfast was good, and the facilities are satisfactory.
The elevator needs to be renovated so that it is more modern and quieter.
The room was big and spacious. Liked the dolphin water fountain out front. Everything was clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly when checking in and during stay. Great breakfast with many choices. Free Fresh ground coffee available 24/7 was an extra perk. Across the street were two nice restaurants. Would highly recommend 9 East Hibachi & Asian Kitchen for lunch or dinner. Close to the historic Branford Town Green with shops and restaurants.
It wasn't a big deal but being on the third floor, it took the hot water longer to heat up for a shower. Just let the water run for a good minute.
Everything, beds were comfortable, clean and breakfast was great.

Older hotel ,worn out chairs and carpet.Not worth the price
Breakfast was AMAZING! Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, and the staff preparing and working the breakfast area were amazing. Very clean area as well! Staff was attentive to amount of food and made sure everyone got what they needed.

Location to Harley dealership
We were here for a family event and it's the second time we've stayed at the hotel - the bed are comfortable, the rooms are spacious and clean with a bit of wear around the edges, the staff is accommodating and they have a breakfast with enough options for anyone - it's a classic Holiday Inn.
Clean but could you a little updating in the breakfast area. The chair seats were peeling
