Pros:

The breakfast is good. Nice that they have coffee machines going, even after breakfast.

Cons:

The window shade in room 201 is badly damaged and needs to be replaced. It makes it feel like a 2-star hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast was substandard, the room was not very clean, and the bath was dilapidated. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. It is extremely run down and not at all good value for money.

Very pleasant stay and would stay again
Pros:

The room was big and spacious. Liked the dolphin water fountain out front. Everything was clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly when checking in and during stay. Great breakfast with many choices. Free Fresh ground coffee available 24/7 was an extra perk. Across the street were two nice restaurants. Would highly recommend 9 East Hibachi & Asian Kitchen for lunch or dinner. Close to the historic Branford Town Green with shops and restaurants.

Cons:

It wasn't a big deal but being on the third floor, it took the hot water longer to heat up for a shower. Just let the water run for a good minute.
