I don't recommend
Pros:

We liked the covered pool. I also liked the decor of the room and lobby. The shower was big and the water was hot. The sink area was large. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The pool and hydro pool are advertised as heated, but they were both very cold during our stay. The buffet was very disappointing 😞. The room had a very strong oder. It was so strong we left a day early. I think that it was the mattresses and pillows but I'm not sure. The floors had hair all over, the ice thongs were very dirty, the pillow cases did not look very clean. The location is far from anything interesting in puebla. The hotel is located in an industrial area and it isn't very walkable.
