Pros:

Very helpful with checkin. Everyone was polite and very professional.Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Hotel was clean and off the main road very quiet.

Kind and no racism. It’s super clean there with a jacuzzi and pool. The rooms and bed are so comfortable. The location is very low-key quiet and beautiful feeling at night. I like this place I came just to sleep and ended up booking a couple more days in the row paying daily, Thats how much I loved it there 💯🙏🏿🫶🏿❤️ it was a great couple days here i even met a person I hired to my company here.

Disappointing, next time I will stay elsewhere.
Pros:

The location was the best part about the hotel. Certainly did not live up to the Holiday Inn Express experiences that I have had in others in the chain.

Cons:

Staff needs an upgrade. Too loud and many hanging around the front desk and/or hanging as a group outside near the front door. Room was clean but the bathroom had mold and a very leaky shower.

Pros:

Nice large room, suite had a sitting area so it didn’t feel cramped. Clean. Great parking area-we were pulling our motorbike/trailer and had plenty of room. Located not far from good shops and the national park.

The staff was wonderful and helpful. Couldn’t have been any better proximity to the National Park. Restaurants nearby. J

The staff was exceptional, helpful, friendly. Very close to Cuyohoga National park. Great shower (even though the tub was peeling). New sink and vanity. Beds comfy and good selection of pillows.

Cons:

Area very rough. Truck stop next door has some people living in cars possibly some in hotel parking lot. Some areas of hotel such as floors in elevator, and room need some steam cleaning.

Pros:

Room was very nice and comfy beds. Breakfast was the best we had at a hotel and pool area was so nice for our granddaughter!

Coffee pot in room did not work and no shower curtain but other then that we would definitely stay again!

Overall, it was a nice stay & would strongly consider staying at Holiday Inn again in the future
Pros:

Friendly & responsive staff. Nice room was generously sized. Comfortable bed with soft pillows. Hot tub & pool were enjoyable. Good breakfast with great selections. Hotel was easy to get to; close to freeway.

Cons:

Had trouble with in-room safe & room door not opening. Tub could have a better non-slip surface. Opaque window blind was difficult to operate; when lowered it would just fall all the way down. Exercise room & Pool could have been cleaner; found hair ball in the pool. Pool towels were not adequately stocked.

While the beds were comfortable, the rest of the experience was disappointing.

The pool and especially hot tub were dirty and in disrepair. The staff were not friendly. We had to ask multiple times for towels and the staff seemed bothered by the request. The room smelled terrible like wet towels or mold.

Pros:

The property, as its name suggests, lacks quality. For instance, there’s a broken tile at the entrance of the room that hasn’t been replaced in a while, which isn't ideal for children using the bathroom. Additionally, the carpets are not well-maintained. The parking area is also quite unpleasant. However, the front desk staff is great.

Cons:

Multiple cars were damaged in the parking lot, and no one took responsibility for it. Even management didn’t call back or show any courtesy. Since the camera is not working, we need to prove the damage to the insurance company.

A comfortable stay.
Pros:

The rooms were a nice size and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the seating area fit a decent amount of guests. The hotel is conveniently located near highways.
