Amazingly priced stay in perfect location with great staff
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, customer service was excellent all round. The hotel was so modern and clean and in a lovely location. Unbeatable value for the quality too.

Enjoyed our stay the hotel was perfect for what we had planned
Pros:

Location for what we needed was excellent. staff were all very good and friendly . parking very good and reasonably priced.
Breakfast was spot on.(would have liked a fried egg though)

Cons:

We ate in the hotel on the first night of our stay and found the menu a little sparse. The food was ok but not really good. We were the only people in the restaurant.

Cons:

The cleaning service starts very early. You can hear dashing and bashing and cant sleep really. Maybe I was unlucky but still a bit spoiled sweet morning sleep

Room 331 had an absolute giant bed. Loved it

Expensive but recommended
Pros:

My daughter and I attended the Slam Dunk Festival so the hotal was busy. The staff, however, were polite, courteous and professional with sound local knowledge and exceeded our expectations throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, a good variety, with the hot food fresh and tasty.

Cons:

The price, £152, is the most I have ever paid for a hotel room that I am sure was inflated due to the festival, it happens but it should not. The same room, for this Sunday, would cost £78 booked today.
The staff, to their credit, adapted a double room to a twin room for us.

Overnight stay in Leeds
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was great, lots of food choices, hot drinks and juices with take away options. It was a great start for the day ahead.

Cons:

It was too warm in the room and the was no way to turn the heating down even though we asked at reception.
