Everything you need and nothing you don't. Clean, comfortable and in a decent location within walking distance of city centre. Breakfast while typically hotel generic, was far better than expected.

Cons:

I can't say I really disliked anything about it. The only reason I didn't score higher is that I wasn't expecting a 5 star resort and it was an entirely functional stay. as I said above, everything you need and nothing you dont.

Comfortable stay, convenient location, good price
Pros:

Great location and price. Good that they have family rooms. Good size beds. Good to have parking for reduced rate . Easy check-in. Bathroom clean.

Cons:

Sofa bed wasnt very comfy. Could feel all the springs. Sink didn't drain well, had to unblock it ourselves (but we didn't ask reception). Would be good if parking was completely free. Missed breakfast as it closed at 9.30, better of stayed opened later.

Nice hotel.
Pros:

Great hotel. Friendly staff and a good sized room with good facilities. Nice comfy bed and quiet during the night. No noise heard from other rooms or in the corridor. Would stay again.

Pros:

We use this hotel every year when we go to Leeds Pride. The staff are lovely. It's location is great to walk into town and the car park is ideal just been next door and it's discounted if you're stating in the hotel. Parked up on the 18th left on the 20th paid £16.
