Really nice hotel with great staff, we would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Good location in the dock area. Useful car park Immediately next door that we could leave the car in after we had checked out. Staff were all friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The location, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was large and clean, the breakfast was good. Bed was very comfortable, having a bar in the hotel is very nice. Everything looks modern and fresh. Parking is easy in the multi storey next door, you get a discount when you register your number plate when you leave the hotel.

Cons:

Nothing, the hotel and staff are great.

Great value for money stay.
Pros:

Excellent service and freindly staff at every interaction. Breakfast excellent. Bar and breakfast area excellent. Large shower and the toiletries are very good. Large room and comfy bed. Walking distance to town along the canal. Excellent value for money.

Cons:

Carpet in the room is very grubby. The window wall has dirty stains down it right next to the bed so you really notice it.
