We were not able to control the temperature of the room.
The location was good. There is a food shop and a parking in a walking distance which is convenient. We had dinner at a lovely tapas place near by. Beds were comfortable. Friendly staff.
The AC was extremely noisy. And the breakfast wasn’t what I was expecting.

Nice big chair with table. Room a good size. Shower excellent.
Breakfast disappointing. Cooked food only just lukewarm. No cooked tomatoes. Hash browns were soggy. No fried egg, no mushrooms. (Coffee and juice were fine).

When we entered there was a lovely staff member named Jordan. He was very professional and helpful.. The room was spotless. The bed was so comfortable..The breakfast was 💯. It was good to see a manager (or i think he was had a suit) out on the floor helping the staff cleaning and gathering up dirty dishes (think his name was Leonard)All the staff were very friendly and helpful
From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel valued. Staff were exceptional, bright and chatty. The room was immaculate, cool and comfortable. En-suite facilities very clean too. Location was slightly difficult to find, but that was probably due to my aged SatNav..!! Breakfast was brilliant, again greeted by one of the staff, happy and smiling. Plenty of food and choices to cater for all tastes and appetites. Absolutely nothing to complain about. The staff are a credit to the organisation, well done.

This hotel is very conveniently located in the docks. Comfortable beds. Stylish modern fixtures and fittings. All reception staff welcoming and helpful. Best value for Money in Leeds and a fabulous cooked breakfast thrown in.
