Amazing
Pros:

I’m a member here and me and my partner absolutely love it,hotel rooms are always clean and fresh, the lobby area is extremely clean. The food is amazing and so is the location, we have brought our dog here a few times she loves it and the walks round the canal are amazing, would recommend this hotel to everyone!!:)

Win win for us great location at a very good price
Pros:

The breakfast was fantastic and kept me going most of the day. The location was perfect as we were going to the Royal Armouries which is why we chose your hotel. The staff where super friendly and it was very quiet so a win win for a great price

Cons:

If I’m being super picky the pillows where a bit small but not uncomfortable so wasn’t a problem

Pros:

The room was a nice size and clean.
The breakfast was lovely, plentiful and varied.
The location was very good and a carpark close by with an arrangement for reduced payment.

Cons:

My only slight quibble was that there was just one chair instead of 2 for a double room, but it was nice that it was a desk-chair
