Pros:

És un bon hotel, amb habitacions àmplies i confortables. Personal molt amable i bon esmorzar. Situat a prop de l'estació internodal tren-autobusos, pel que és molt apropiat per estades en trànsit.

Cons:

L'únic aspecte negatiu és que queda relativament lluny del centre històric (20-30 minuts caminant).

Wir haben drei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Das gesamte Team war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Man hat sich jederzeit willkommen gefühlt.

Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine gute Auswahl, sodass wirklich jede und jeder etwas Passendes findet. Außerdem war das gesamte Hotel sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist das Badezimmer, das etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Dies hat unseren Aufenthalt jedoch kaum beeinträchtigt.

Das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß in etwa 20 Minuten gut erreichbar. Alternativ organisiert das Hotel gerne ein Taxi, das je nach Verkehr zwischen 7 und 9 Euro kostet.

Wir würden diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns herzlich beim gesamten Team für den tollen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank, dass Sie unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm gemacht haben!

Reponen el minibar por la tarde, estés o no dentro

Todas las tardes pasadas las 16h entra un hombre a comprobar y reponer el minibar, estés dentro o no. Abriendo la puerta.

En mi caso, acababamos de llegar y yo estaba en ropa interior y el hombre insistía en entrar. Debido a la configuración de la habitación, se hace difícil escuchar la puerta si tienes la TV encendida, así que el hombre llamó y luego abrió la puerta. Insistiendo en que tenía que comprobar el minibar para saber si nos habían falta las aguas... Tras tal situación tan incómoda, llamé a recepción para comentarlo a lo que si, me pidieron disculpas pero en todo momento defendiendo al hombre y diciendo que lo hacen así siempre. Para solucionarlo volvió el mismo hombre a traerme una nota de disculpa junto con un agua fría y tres macarons. Agradezco el gesto pero no me apetecía que volviese ese hombre, ni lo esperaba...y menos aún que dijese que ni se había dado cuenta de que iba en ropa interior...en fin. No pido que me den la razón pero vamos, un triste "revisaremos el servicio para la comodidad de los huéspedes" me habría servido, aunque fuese mentira.

Total que al día siguiente pasó lo mismo. Vino el hombre a la misma hora más o menos. Está vez no abrió la puerta, se esperó, menos mal.

Nos fuimos un día antes porque yo estaba muy muy muy incómoda.
Además, tras tanta insistencia con las dichosas aguas del minibar pensaba que serían gratis, pero no. Si coges la habitación estándar no te ponen ni un triste gorro de ducha gratis, se ve que el hotel es 4 estrellas solo para las habitaciones superiores.

En definitiva, fui a ese hotel por el festival o son do caminho, ya que no habían muchas opciones y ese me pareció bien para el pastón que me iba a dejar.

Pero ni lo recomiendo, ni volvería.
