Convenient location and excellent service with great breakfast
Pros:

The property is very close to El Corte Inglés so shopping and even having something to eat was easy. The morning breakfast was Excellent! It had something for every taste. The staff were all courteous and welcoming. We asked them to help getting a taxi and they were very happy to help and even followed up to the taxi when it delayed. It is very close to a park that was extremely nice. Room was always clean and ready when we returned. The front desk recommendation for dinner was perfect. WE WILL RETURN DEFINITELY TO THIS SAME HOTEL.

Did not live up to the booking
Pros:

Beautiful lobby and very helpful, kind staff

Cons:

Rooms were old, stuffy. The air conditioner didn't work well. The shower was a huge disappointment - very weak water pressure, and the rain shower wasn't effective.
