Pros:

It was clean and ready to go despite my late check in

Cons:

It was no fault of the property at all but the fire alarm went off 3 times. The staff handled it the best he could.

Pros:

Love the rooms and the inside of the hotel was nice. The self coffee was good too its complementary. The pool was nice and the staff was good.

Cons:

The hot tubl was lukewarm at best so didn't like that.

Filth. Book elsewhere.

Room was disgusting. Smelled horrible and moldy. Hair plastered to the bathroom door. Questionable brown smudges on the door handle. Toenail clippings on the floor by the bed.

I wouldn’t let a homeless person stay there.

Run from this motel 8 behind a gate

Location the first place ordered had it had AC

Cons:

Well the air conditioning didn’t work for three days after calling staff time after time day after day. They still never fixed it or cared to even call me back. I know this facility has changed management about a year ago and it shows!!!!
They never fixed it and when I asked to be moved due to the heat they relocated up to a downgraded place with no hot tub or screened in porch. Included ants all over the counter, dryer that was broken apart, filthy living conditions, with hair in shower from the lest guest and it looked like no one has been in this place since the 80s. New management has let this place go downhill and it once was a beautiful place to stay. I have stayed here every year for the last 6 years when I come to Florida. This is NOT the regal oaks I remember from a year ago. It is now a motel 8 behind a gate! Management doesn’t care about their guests at all. If you are thinking of booking this because you had a great stay in the past or it looks beautiful from the photos DONT BE FOOLED AND RUN TO STAY SOME WHERE ELSE!!!

Great value for convenient location
Pros:

large, clean room. Very nice to have a kitchen with full-sized refrigerator. Convenient location--close to Inniswoods gardens, Highbanks Metro park--which were wonderful! Costco nearby.

Cons:

I was worried where we would park since that wasn't guaranteed. Fortunately, that wasn't an issue this time.
