Great staff work!
Pros:

This hotel will stay in my memories as an exceptionally friendly, professional, and customer-oriented place. Every single request, even the smallest one, was handled with a smile and without delay. Throughout our stay, we never felt any inconvenience — on the contrary, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for, almost like being at home. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and special.

Cons:

The only small downside is that the hotel feels a little dated in terms of aesthetics and could use some renovation. However, this is fully in line with the price, and overall it still offers very good value for money.

The staff was nothing short of amazing. They were a o incredibly caring and genuine! The hotel itself was nice and clean with flexible check-out whichbis a big plus

I would say - just OK.
Pros:

The hotel is OK for a night's sleep before an early flight due to its proximity to the airport, but nothing more. I would say - just OK.

Cons:

It is located in the middle of the business district without any restorants or bars around. My biggest complaint is the relatively small family room located in the basement. Some staff was unfriendly.

Muy buen hotel en Elche. Tranquilo, muy limpio, recepcionistas muy amables y las habitaciones familiares muy cómodas. Nos ha gustado mucho la piscina y el desayuno.

Pros:

Lovely hotel, very convenient for the airport with good facilities.

Cons:

Some of the Restaurant staff could have been more polite, attentive and accurate in the information provided. As an English tourist I accept that I am the visitor to their country; however if they work in a hotel aimed at tourists, they should be able to at least communicate the basics in English such as length of time to wait for food etc.

Estancia aceptable, personal agradable
Pros:

Se puede aparcar y tenía nevera en la habitación para enfriar mi bebida

Cons:

La habitación que me tocó estaba muy cerca de recepción y del comedor escuchaba continuamente gritos de niños etc..me hubiera gustado más una habitación más lejana y con mejor aislamiento.
