Adequate
Pros:

Breakfast staff were really wonderful and helpful. Polite with a friendly demeanour.

Cons:

The staff at check in were poor communicators. One was patronising and rude (wearing a blazer so assume she was management which is perhaps worse).

Apart from that I was out of hotel most of day only really used for sleeping

Switched to ground floor room as lift out of order
Quiet room

Cons:

Room looked run down with damage to tiles in bathroom not addressed.
Door did not always close properly so needed to check
Heating slow to warm

Good location for Salford uni and walking into Manchester
Pros:

Location is perfect as Daughter is at Salford Uni, and free parking is a bonus.

Cons:

Lift wasn’t working the whole time we were there

Pros:

Good breakfast with attentive staff. Went out of their way to provide items not on the buffet.

Cons:

The third sleeping bed was horrible. U could feel the metal frame through the mattress. We asked for a second mattress on top but they only covered the frame with towels. I would say u cannot sleep 3 with the sofa bed provided.
The lift was not working and we had to haul 3 large cases up flight of stairs.
The girl at reception offered help but it was a gesture rather than a service that maybe should have been provided if the lift was out. There were only 2 ladies on duty as we arrived relatively late in the evening.
WiFi also was terrible.

Ok ruined by the scratches on my car don’t feel safe
Pros:

Everything just upset as someone scratched my car overnight & I wanted the car reg so that I can inform the police & insurance company and was refused
