Close to town but too loud
Pros:

Amazing location in terms of how close it was to town but it was way too loud. The staff were amazing and the beds were comfy. It was very clean too

Cons:

It was way too loud, you could hear every little thing, people walking so loudly above us. Bedrooms are absolutely tiny and the plugs were wayyyy too far

A great short stay, I will return on my next visit.
Pros:

Very friendly staff at the reception. The facilities good, the hotel clean and tidy, including the room, with tea and coffee, great value for money and a good location, I was able to park easily, breakfast excellent so overall a great experience and I will return on my next visit.

Cons:

Nothing all good.

Good value for money, friendly staff and cosy bar area well stocked. Rooms lacked any complimentary, water. Quite basic
Pros:

Nice position just a 15 min walk from the city centre. Bar area was really nice, Starbucks coffee served if you wanted to pay the extra.

Cons:

Very sparse on complimentary items. No water bottle, biscuits on the tea tray.

Pros:

The staff were very good, pleasant and always ready to help.

Cons:

The lift was out of order and being an elderly couple with mobility challenges staying in the 2nd floor for 2 days.The booking in lady did suggest we get a room on ground floor but it had 2 single beds instead of a double bed which we preferred. So I turned that down.I had a big bag which I did get help to go up but on day of leaving I had to carry it by myself.On day of checking in I was informed they were expecting an engineer on the day but it looks like noone came.
