Pros:

Завтрак европейский. Достаточно вкусный, продукты свежие и соответствовал ожиданиям. Персонал очень приветливый, на все вопросы давал очень хорошие ответы. Спасибо за приятный отдых

Czystość.
Śniadania - do wyboru na słodko i na wytrawnie.
Grzeczna i miła obsługa.
Lokalizacja. (mimo ze od centrum +/- 5km to wlasnie to mi odpowiada ponieważ tutaj juz zaczynaja sie lokale do ktorych chodzą sami Włosi, czyli skacznie i nie tak drogo jak w centrun)

Dojazd. Startując z Dworca Centralnego polecam meteo m3(?) + autobus linii 43. polecam wysiąść przystanek wcześniej niz pokaże google maps.

Cons:

Byla sytuacja (x2 lub x3) kiedy drzwi do pokoju otworzyły sie przy większym nacisku. Zamki do wymiany.

I booked three rooms for seven guests. I had no issue paying the city tax since it was clearly stated before booking. However, charging an additional €40 per extra guest was unreasonable, especially considering the room capacity. The daily parking fee was also expensive.

The reception staff were not welcoming or helpful. What concerned me the most was being asked to write my credit card details on paper, even though the reservation had already been paid through Booking.com. I believe this is an unsafe practice, as anyone could potentially misuse that information.

The air conditioning was very poor and made the stay uncomfortable. At check-out, we were told there had been a mistake in their calculations and were asked to pay even more. Since I had a flight to catch, I didn't have time to argue about their accounting error.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel

If not the mosquitoes the rating would be higher
Pros:

The hotel is modern and in the heat outside we appreciated that airconditioning was working well. Our room was clean. Nothing to criticise.

Cons:

Mosquitoes. Just a minute outside the building and there were already about 5 mosquitoes flying around one person. For the same reason it was not a good idea to open the window in the room.
