Pros:

Toujours un plaisir d’y séjourner! Les petits déjeuners sont vraiment bien! Propre!

Cons:

Pour une des rares fois, c’était plus bruyant, air climatisée et bruit de la chasse d’eau, toujours autant surprenante! Ça sentait un peu l’humidité dans la chambre. Le vendredi et samedi, le tarif est un peu exagéré pour la qualité selon moi.

Weekend breakfast buffet was excellent

Cons:

Our original flight from Toronto was cancelled and re-scheduled for the following day. Holiday Inn Express and Suites would not compensate for the one day as the four day booking was made through Booking.ca.

All the amenities, quality stay, pleasant staff.
Pros:

The location was great – close to shopping, 10 minute drive from the beach, quiet area, felt safe. Small pool, but it was a nice refresher after a sandy day at the beach.

Cons:

Only front door entrances get into the building, if you parked out back, you had to walk all the way around to get inside. Their luggage carts were tiny and not a lot of items fit on it. The elevator was also very slow.

Practical and effective

Service and cleanliness was top

Staff very professional

Cons:

We reserved the suite however the sofa bed was very old and worn out
The mattress was very old and we woke with pain in our shoulder and back
