Pros:

Facility and room was excellent.

Cons:

Check in after a ten hour drive was rather stressful. No one was available at the front desk. Guests were instructed to pick up a house phone in order to request assistance with check in. Only after numerous rings did staff arrive at the desk.

Pros:

King bed.

Cons:

Shower water went all over the bathroom. Shampoo dispenser was too high for handicapped accessible. Hotel was a little shappy.

Pros:

My family loved the pool area. We have an 11 year old and 6 year old. There were so many other kids for my kids to play with and have fun with in the pool area when we were there. We also loved the breakfast in the morning, definitely one of the better hotel breakfast we have had.

Pros:

We stayed one night while in the area for family. Staff was great. Room was quiet. Breakfast was very good. We will stay here again if in the area.

was okay facility but front desk lady needs to help people in line in order not just pick who she wants to help next poo
Pros:

pool area for kids but was way too many people when I went barley any room to swim property should inform us when they are having birthday party or other events in pool area so we as customers know to come a different day when we can actually enjoy the pool & swim not be crowded with others who are having events in pool area

Cons:

when checking in the front desk lady helped the lady behind me since she “knew her name already” I had reservation and was in line first but got helped last very upsetting as I had my family waiting on me to check in but had to wait longer since she wanted to help the lady behind me but I will take this as a lesson learned and not come back to this property EVER AGAIN
