Below average but not horrible.
Pros:

The location is great not too close and not too far away from things

Cons:

My room wasn’t clean to good standards. You can tell the property is older with rushed renovations. The elevator stopped working. Pool growing moss. THIN WALLS AND THIN SOUND PROOFING BETWEEN FLOORS

Comfy beds.

Cons:

Closed breakfast at 9am. The bathroom doesn’t have ventilation so when you close the door and take a shower the counters are wet from condensation.

Our stay was very pleasant and we will return.
Pros:

We actually didn't eat breakfast because we slept later and decided to get on the road heading home. We were in town for a funeral. We had a very relaxing stay at the Hotel and most definitely will stay there again and recommend it to others.

Cons:

We didn't have any issues with anything. Great place.
