The property was clean safe location, breakfast was very good.
When we checked in the first day we were given a room that was not ours and I went back to the desk and I was told that Booking.com don’t care what the hotel has available. On Booking.com I booked a king suite. At the hotel we were put into a double room. Later that evening the front desk called us in that said room. Asking questions, the worker in the morning messed things up, not my doing. I tried to say it was not my room and show my DL, The morning attendant didn’t take anything. I have to say Booking.com has always been right.

Walls were soooo thin we heard every single thing next door and having an adjoining room, the people next door made several attempts to unlock the door to the room.

The bedding on one of the beds was stained. My adult children stayed in this bed. I wanted to call and get new bedding but they said it was fine.

Our room was not ready at 3:00pm
And we had to wait in the heat until after 5:00pm for a room. Staff was rude and not accommodating at all. They just blew us off. The room was adjoining rooms and we could hear the neighbors having sex from 10pm until we left at 8:am. Completely disastrous stay in my opinion!
