Perfect for a family traveling on a budget who wants to explore Freehold, Portland and close areas.
Pros:

Everything was great for what we paid. Staff was friendly, breakfast had options, pool and gym. Good location near shopping and loved that there was a health food store across the street.

Customer service stinks and roach found

The bed and pillow were comfy.

Cons:

When I checked in the gentleman checking us in wasn't friendly at all. He was rude. As we were checking in there was a roach crawling down the wall. I mentioned it to him and he ignored me. I had a no refund policy. I went to the room and checked it and it looked clean. I booked for to Queen beds and got one king. I went back down and he asked if everything was OK. I said I booked two queen beds. His response was we dont have a room available and how you booked was what we have available and he was very rude about it. Like I was annoying him. No customer service at all. Another lady walking around wasn't pleasant as well. The lady in the morning doing the breakfast was very friendly and helpful.

A perfect place to stay and enjoy
Pros:

The entire property was very clean and felt freshly updated. The staff was pleasant and created a friendly atmosphere. The complementary breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Overall we were very impressed with the quality of the property.
