The room they put us in didn't lock they said they would move us she had to see my debit card again in order to do so and that room the phone didn't work also come to find out she charged me for 2 rooms the rooms where dirty and the pool area had no light when I told the front desk that they charged. Me for 2 room's she told me there was nothing she could do because there was no management on site very rude and unprofessional front desk

1. The fact that y’all only clean rooms after someone stays in a room two nights. I came in on Fri and by early Saturday morning we had used all towels and wash clothes provided. Called to front desk and was told there were no towels clean that it would be a little while. Waited about and hour and went down to the front desk to see about a towel and was told they had 3 and I asked for 1 which she gave to me. But to not have your room touch the entire time is just ridiculous. You might not run out of towels if you checked people’s room daily.
2. Did not care for breakfast, nothing unusual there but there is usually a pancake or waffle maker and of course this was non functioning during my stay.
Definitely wouldn’t recommend and I will not ever be staying there again.

Outlets in bathroom didn’t work, poor lighting in room, didn’t feel really clean and a/c didn’t cool. Very noisy in halls and big gaps around door meant we could hear it all. Looked like a bday party at the pool and glad we didn’t want to swim

The employees need more trainings. The girl charged me 132.25 on the incidentals hold a week ago on my first stay there and it is not off my card yet and now I have a 25.00 charge on there for this stay and I'm hoping you get this fixed promptly. Thank you

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

Gave us a downgraded room from what we paid stating nothing else was available even though the room had already been booked and paid for. Room was hot with a broken A/c unit, smelled like mildew, floors were filthy with actual trash on them, shower drain was clogged, nobody available at front desk multiple times, pancake machine at breakfast was broken and eggs were cold, pool and hot tub were not open the hours that were advertised on the website, hotel staff were abrasive and unwelcoming. Management didn't address any of our concerns personally just passed it along to the staff. The only person I saw that looked like they were a member of Management was at checkout and she rushed me out door barely even looking up at like I was inconveniencing her.
