This is the best Holiday Inn Express I have stayed in... Rooms very clean and bed super comfortable... All staff very friendly and helpful... Breakfast and dinner food delicious, plenty of it and the whole package extremely good value. Easy to book through the IHG site... Everything excellent!

The breakfast and the staff . This is a review for our two stays Sunday and Tuesday
What has pulled our score down was the fact that on arrival on Sunday our room had been given away? Granted we arrived very late but we had booked and paid for the room 10 days earlier. It took 30minutes to make up a staff? bedroom..which was lovely and the guy was hugely apologetic BUT it was deeply frustrating at 11pm.
Paying for the parking was also rather annoying too

Cogimos una habitación marcada como cuádruple para toda la familia, pero el sofá cama para los niños era algo estrecho.
Location was perfect as we had to catch the ferry in the morning. Will definitely use again.
The location is great - easy to get to by car and to visit various destinations. Car parking is good also and you can normally charge your car in the selected bays.
The breakfast is excellent - good selection and the quality was great.
The rooms are very spacious as is the ensuite and the bed was very comfortable.
Camera spaziosa e ben organizzata. In tre siamo stati veramente comodi. Bagno e doccia ampi e puliti. Colazione molto buona e variegata, con dolce e salato, frutta, ecc.
Il parcheggio è a pagamento e si paga a parte (10 sterline perr 24 ore), ma non è stato male perché abbiamo potuto lasciare l'auto lì anche dopo il check out. La posizione non è un granché, ma in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro di Poole con la sua zona pedonale e il lungomare.
Un bon accueil et une chambre confortable.
Un emplacement très à l'écart du centre et avec un accès difficile. Un peu décevant parce que peu personnalisé et très standardisé. Un côté impersonnel.

Sorry there wasn't much I liked. The staff were welcoming though.
This hotel has seen better days, shower leaking, air conditioning unit dripping and mouldy bathroom sealant. Not what I'd expect from this hotel group and very expensive.
Everything was spot on! Great service from checking in, to dinner in the restaurant as well as breakfast.
