Excellent staff, especially Vincent who was looking after us very well during the stay! Nice rooms, good shower, bar in the evening was nice to have and breakfast was lovely. Thanks everyone!

Nothing to dislike
We had a problem with the shower and sink but the problem was fixed immediately which was more than satisfactory.
We asked for twin beds but were provided with a double bed and sofa bed. As it happens, the sofa bed proved to be quite comfortable.

Very expensive really for a small room we were given with 2 single beds when we stated double beds were preferred.

Disliked restaurant for evening meal. Extremely slow service and not given much attention. Restaurant had very few customers so no excuse for slow service.

Not so much the property but we had arranged to have our dog with us thinking it was £15, it turned out the charge was£50, a misunderstanding due to language pronunciation. A £100 deposit was required we had paid fully almost 2 weeks in advance, the car park was £10 so I expected to have £60 deducted, the checkout lady could not give me a receipt as housekeeping needed to check the room but were not available at the time so no receipt was available. We left as had a long journey but I find £76.25p has been deducted with no explanation, I still have no receipt and a promised email has not arrived. I find this treatment unacceptable from a supposedly professional honest company and feel very cheated

Not told at booking that pre paid meals were very basic. Although we had pre-paid we eat out most nights.
