Good value hotel near the bus station and central Poole.
Pros:

Easy disabled parking. Friendly staff, clean room and good breakfast included. Easy walk into Poole.

Cons:

The pillows were very strange indeed.

Average Hotel for the money charged
Pros:

Location good for the town and quay

Cons:

Very basic for the amount of money we paid £200 a night would expect a little better, the rooms are cold no way to heat them as Air con only blows out cold air, no extra bedding or blankets provided, no glasses or water provided, just something you would expect. Good location, staff nice and breakfast was good.

Well placed for access to ferries.

Cons:

Wasnt a fan of breakfast ,bacon was dry and not alot of choice ,needs more choices on the cooked selection ie mushrooms or fried egg ,fried bread

The room was great

Cons:

The evening guy that was on reception I bought 7 pounds worth of things from your vending machine paid foe them but it said unfortunately some items we not available told the guy at reception who looked miserable and very blunt he offered a small tub of princes and a chocolate bar think that isnt the same price just felt he was very unprofessional about it all
