Lovely comfortable stay in a great position.
Pros:

Lovely position with beautiful views over the harbour.
Our room was spacious modern and clean. Helpful friendly staff made the stay a pleasure

Cons:

Parking was free in the port car park but was sometimes difficult to find a space

Good hotel and location , shame about the parking charge
Pros:

Breakfast from 6.30 as we were catching the 8.30 ferry. Room and bed was comfortable and tidy

Cons:

Very disappointed with the unexpected £10 parking charge!! :-(

Pleasantly surprised and certainly impressed.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were very good and the restaurant was surprisingly good. Staff were excellent - friendly, helpful and competent.

Cons:

Location. No pubs or restaurants nearby but that isn't a criticism of the hotel.
