In Poole for a couple of days for a short stay the location was perfect for a short walk to Poole Harbour
Pros:

Clean comfortable friendly staff. Great situation with an easy walk into Poole. Plenty of parking wide choice for breakfast. Our shadow was slippery and we asked if we could have a grip mat on our return sure enough the new mat was left in the bathroom.

Breakfast. Scrambled eggs only option. Bacon overcooked and cold. Coffee machine not working properly. Our room was above the bin store. Woken at 5:45 by staff filling them. We left a day early as a result.

Pros:

good breakfast facilities. the system of obtaining breakfast items could be improved to ber not so much of a scrum. You need a degree toi understand the coffee machine !

It was an enjoyable stay where we were well fed & rested before & after our daily activities.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were great. Room had nearly everything required, was clean and had hot water in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Would have liked two pillows each instead of one, as they were a bit soft, but was told on checking out I could have asked for another one, which I didn’t. I did ask for another extra hand towel, but I didn’t get it.

L’hôtel est très confortable, proche du terminal ferry.
Personnel très agréable et accueillant.
