Pros:

Breakfast was okay, coffee was good. Staff was friendly. One woman would work when I left in the morning and was there when I came back at night. 7am-10pm+ is an insane shift for one person. She was always friendly regardless.

Cons:

Overworking staff. Overpriced for simplicity of room and location. One person for less than a week put me out about $835.

The stay was overall good except for the shower. The could improve on the rooms smelling and being cleaner
Pros:

The property was nice. We did have to switch rooms upon arrival because there was an odor in the first room. I’m not sure if it’s their A/C systems. The odor issues have happened before at other Holiday Inn Express locations before. They may need to clean the in room units more frequently. Staff were great and very accommodating. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The shower was mediocre. Not very much pressure and the shower head caused water to spray outside the tub.
