I would stay there again.
Pros:

The staff was friendly. The facilities were clean and easy to navigate. The breakfast area was clean, with natural light and plenty of seating.

Cons:

The lobby area smelled strongly of chlorine when we arrived and when we left.
The breakfast staff was a bit slow getting the food items out and not very friendly when I asked about it.

Bad chemical smells!
Pros:

This whole hotel is overwhelmed with the smell of chlorine or bromine from their swimming pool. It's immediately noticeable when you enter the lobby. We thought it was temporary from cleaning, but you could smell it all the way up to the 4th floor, and even in our room. It's sickening to those who are sensitive to chemical smells. We stayed 3 nights and it never went away. Probably should call OSHA or some agency because it can't be healthy for people who work there, and certainly not for the guests.

Perfect stay, don’t hesitate to book
Pros:

We stayed for 3 nights. I would not hesitate to stay again, this will be our “Eugene Place” when we come back.

The breakfast was outstanding, the staff friendly, the pool clean. Absolutely zero complaints!!!

It was a good overnight stay, but anything more than one day it could get annoying.
