Would have been nice to know ahead of time that the pool was closed that was one of our main purposes of reserving the hotel. The front desk clerk told us we would cancel and she would give us a refund due to this inconvenience. However, they never processed the refund. I disputed it and lost the dispute so I have to pay for the hotel that we never stayed at plus pay for the hotel that we did stay at. The front desk clerk lied about the refund. She said my confirmation was my email that I had received. However, the email did not show an amount which I didn’t think too much about in the moment.

Decent, but not upto the expectations
Pros:

Location is good, but no good options for breakfast

Cons:

Smell in the Bathroom, of a poor Exhaust system (bacterial smell, which was lingering in my nose for all the days of my stay), Need to clean up the duct

Exceptionally friendly staff, nice and clean, but the pool the was closed.
Pros:

Everything was nice and clean and the staff was really exceptionally sweet with our kids. The hot breakfast was good!

Cons:

We were really disappointed that we weren’t informed ahead of time that the amenities were under construction. We picked this hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool and hot tub, only to get there and find out it was being renovated and we couldn’t use it. If we had been informed ahead of time that those amenities wouldn’t be available (I believe the fitness room was also unavailable during the renovation), then we would have gone to a different hotel. Other than that everything was good.

Good place to stop after a later arrival
Pros:

Comfy bed, airport shuttle. After hours of travelling, the breakfast was like manna from heaven!! I have extremely fussy kids and they had no problem finding enough food to fill up with.

Cons:

My flight arrived too late to get the free shuttle bus so I had to pay for an uber
