Trzeba uważać na imprezy organizowane podczas waszego pobytu

Czysto. Różnorodne śniadania. Przemiła i pomocna obsługa

Cons:

Halas. Hotel jest ogromny i gości różne grupy. Podczas naszego pobytu miła miejsce bardzo głośna impreza w namiocie event owym pod oknem naszego apartamentu. Nie było możliwości spać. Nie było informacji, że będzie taka sytuacja podczas rezerwacji ani przy zameldowaniu.

Cons:

The extra bed for the kid was not ready therefore I asked for it when paying few weeks in advance.
We aririved late which I pointed out and had to wait when personal could manage that when my sleepy kids were waiting and to my surprise the guy was claiming that I had to inform upfront - so service is poor.

Śniadanie bardzo dobre, urozmaicone, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Kolacje lepiej wybrać sobie z karty niż szwedzki stół. Pokoje czyste, przytulne i ciepłe. Łóżka bardzo duże i wygodne. W weekendy super fajne animacje dla dzieci. P.S. pozdrowienia dla KLAUNA FRANKA🙂

Spacious rooms and great outdoor activities, but disappointing service, an overcrowded pool, and poor dining experience.
Pros:

The room was spacious, large, and clean. I also really liked the variety of activities available on the property, including tennis and golf. It’s great to have opportunities to stay active and enjoy something beyond just the hotel facilities.

Cons:

The staff were generally unfriendly and seemed uninterested in providing good service. The swimming pool was very small and overcrowded, with a lot of noise and a strong smell of chlorine. There was no music or relaxing atmosphere.

There were also very few indoor activities, which made the stay quite boring, especially on rainy days when there was not much else to do.

The restaurant was another major disappointment. The staff were unpleasant, and the food was not very good, so we decided to have dinner elsewhere.

Overall, the service and facilities did not meet our expectations, and the hotel could offer a much better experience, especially on days when outdoor activities are not possible.
