Cons:

The breakfast was shown as included while booking the app. At the hotel it was coupon for only 2 guests out of the entire reservation of number of people. This should have been made clear so we could choose from other places to book from.
That too with very limited options to choose from Rickie’s.
The food was not at all good either.

Very enjoyable. The breakfast at Ricky’s was quite good too!

Erg vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie, heel behulpzaam.
Prettige kamer met airco, fijne bedden.

Omgeving is alleen industrie, maar voor een locatie op het westen en dichtbij de Mall is het prima.

Cons:

Het ontbijt is een soort keuzemenu, voor iets anders moet je bijbetalen.

Bad experience with bad services specially with the staff
Pros:

No think to be honest

Cons:

Bad behaviour , online booking was not match the price when we arrived to Edmonton location. They gave us extra charge and not the same room I received. Even the breakfast included but they told us you have to pay. Also very bad service for the reception and the restaurant. Very disappointed and not come back again.
