Bad experience with bad services specially with the staff
Pros:

No think to be honest

Cons:

Bad behaviour , online booking was not match the price when we arrived to Edmonton location. They gave us extra charge and not the same room I received. Even the breakfast included but they told us you have to pay. Also very bad service for the reception and the restaurant. Very disappointed and not come back again.

Disappointing
Cons:

This hotel is very outdated and old, as in everything in it. I can’t believe I am charged this much for this hotel and that it has an 8.1 rating. I expected much more for that price. It needs a renovation badly. Noisy as well. Glad I only had to stay one night or else I would have left anyway.
