Wonderful place, highly recommend!
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of options and was in a comfortable restaurant setting. Everything was spectacularly clean! I appreciated the ammenities in the shower and the space within the room. It was easy to get to, right off the highway.

Cons:

If you choose to have breakfast included in your reservation, make sure you ask for your vouchers at check in. I was not the only one who had to go to the front desk during the meal and show that my reservation stated breakfast was included. The attendant was patient, it seems like a common problem that the meal vouchers are not initially accounted for.

Pros:

Staff was responsive when I needed some extra cleaning in my bathroom, and the hotel is relatively quiet for being so close to 80/90. The location is also pretty great, you are a short distance from 475, Uptown Maumee, and Reynolds Rd.

Cons:

Some minor maintenance issues, this hotel is showing its age a bit. Specifically, the toilet needed several flushes to get anything down, my bed frame had an annoying creaking noise, and the shower needed some good scrubbing.

Family of 4 would definitely stay again
Pros:

The best was very comfortable. The pool area was conveniently located and the pool temperature was pleasant. The staff was very accommodating, pleasant upon arrival and greeted us each time we came through the door.

Cons:

The water pressure was less than ideal but we were on the 5th floor, so understandable.

It was a very nice Hotel and we would recommend it.
Pros:

Easy to get to. Big rooms. Mostly clean. The breakfast waitress was very helpful, talkative and friendly. Her name was Bonnie. All of the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The room could have used a carpet clean and a sink stopper. Otherwise it was very nice.

Shower wasnt great, low pressure and lose shower head. Staff offered to switch rooms for free but we were leaving early next morning anyhow

Convenient and clean
Pros:

Even though it's close to 80/90, it is quiet and feels isolated. The restaurant on site is great, and the pool was great for my kiddo.

Cons:

Beds are getting past their prime, and the shower drain didn't work well. Otherwise it was great!
