I dont make bad reviews but this stay was horrible. Toilet was broken, carpet smelled and was coming up and missing, sofa sunk in on one side, pull out sofa broken, old burn marks on counter in bathroom, indoor pool ice cold and pool deck EXTREMELY slippery was not worth near what was charged of 145 a night. Hoping I still get my deposit back and not blamed for any of these issues as I brought it to the front desks attention said she would note it and walked away
The staff was super helpful and nice. The room was clean
The unit we were in did have a big hole in the carpet. Other than that, this the best hotel I’ve been in.
Room was nice and clean. Beds comfortable. I like the decor; it was modern and updated. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Hotel is Aesthetically pleasing. It has a nice vibe.
If I have find one dislike it would be the blinds did not go completely down.

Beautiful hotel
Staff interaction stunk, wifi didn't work I had 4 people with towels for 2 which I had to go get. I called the front desk repeatedly with no response till the next morning. When asked for blankets they had none and the room was not furnished with any. Plenty of lighting but all of it was way to bright
I love the staff here. Everyone is super nice! Feel like a family. The beds are really comfortable and the location is perfect!
What I do not like about this hotel is that it is dated! The pool is SUPER SMALL, they charge $15 per person for a basic continental breakfast, there is mold is several of their bathrooms (my family and I have stayed here several times this year due to work and personal convenience), the shower curtain is too short for the bathtub, and the pull out couch in the suites are old, smelly, and something I wouldn’t DARE pull out and sleep on. I wish someone would make them update EVERYTHING!!
