Friendly service, fresh and tasty breakfast.
Pros:

Jojo and his team have been amazing! Everything was tasty, hot and fresh. He takes pride in his job and if friendly to all staff. He and his team is a reason we will stay here again on our next trip.

Great place to stay for exploring Jasper and surrounding areas!
Pros:

Fantastic service! The room was clean and reasonably priced. Breakfast was so yummy and very well stocked thanks to JoJo and other lovely staff. Very accommodating to special requests at the front desk as well! Lots of wildlife sitings on the drive from Jasper to Hinton too!

Super schoon en nette kamers/ hotel

Cons:

Ontbijt mag iets uitgebreider/ was tot klokslag 09.30 uur. Beetje aan de vroege kant.

Just what we needed for a short family getaway near Jasper!
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond to please and help. Breakfast was good, there was a microwave in the breakfast room , we goat oat milk on request, staff very very helpful and polite. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hot tub and pool were clean

Superb Stay!
Pros:

We had a great stay! Even more special because of Manuel and Jojo’s service during the breakfast. They made sure that all food is refilled and available. Perfect service!

Amazing Service for group of 40
Pros:

We stayed with a high-school group of 40 at another Holiday Inn location thatcould not accomodate us for breakfast due to renovations -so they sent us to this location. JoJo and Manuel were so welcoming and had hot breakfast ready for our whole group. The food was fantastic, the hotel very clean and the service wonderful 🙂 Very impressed!

Great place to stay
Pros:

Clean quiet and friendly. They exceeded my expectations. From the great rooms to the full breakfast, everything was exceptional. My family had a great time. A special shout out to Jojo in the morning. This is definitely our go to hotel the next time we are in Hinton.

Top notch for service and facilities
Pros:

Location was perfect! Close to the hospital where we were going.
Plenty of disabled parking.
Staff were absolutely incredible- my husband and I felt very cared for during a pretty difficult time for us.
Manuel, Jojo and Kavindu are excellent at what they do to make guests feel welcomed and cared for.
The facilities, the breakfast and the rooms are all top notch!
We would absolutely stay here again!
We cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Disappointing stay
Pros:

Breakfast attendant too “in your face “ the entire time we tried to have breakfast.
Cinnamon rolls were not like other Holiday Inn Express places. Very disappointing!
