Great value, comfortable stay
Pros:

Really good value for money, we couldn’t find any hotels in Jasper and this was a good alternative. My son loved the swimming pool and slide!

It is slightly out the way of everything but we did book last minute

Basement stay, incomplete constructed hotel room.
Cons:

We received a to im the basement of the hotel where all of the back office facilities are. As well, the room itself is not completed. There is a cut out for a closet but no closet rod. The hotel staff defended themselves and stated that the cut out is for garbage bins. Rather than acknowledging the issue, the staff blamed the guest and told me to use the bedroom closet to store our coats.

While it was very disappointing to see nothing but two dead plants in the window well, the lovely room, warm pool, tasty
Pros:

Quiet area, clean modern building, lots of parking, warm pool with a water slide, spacious family suite, shower had AMAZING water pressure, free breakfast was perfect and had many options for all ages.

Cons:

Hot tub was out of order. Family suites were in the basement absolutely no view. Would have loved if the mini fridge had a freezer portion. Shower was not accommodating for TALL people.

Not great.
Pros:

The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The employees are amazing! The reason for the low rating is because the beds are like sleeping on a piece of plywood. The kids were running up and down the hallways until well after midnight. I think they should have a seperate floor people with kids.

Pros:

I booked though booking.com for one night stay and paid full amount when I checked in the staff asked me for a deposit $100 and charged right after I checked out tomorrow and questioned the deposit when will refund the some lady said 7-15 days I called the hotel about it the staff her name is Loa gave me a case number said will tikes 7-15 days again I weren’t experienced like that all the places
