Staff was amazing!
Pros:

Free breakfast and pool and water slide hours were great!

Staff was very kind!

Cons:

TV has subscription apps but can’t be used, only cable tv. Cable doesn’t tell you what is on tv just states “no information” so you have to click through every channel to find out what’s on.

Bathroom lights only worked sometimes. Bathroom door didn’t lock in our room.

Felt a bit pricey for the quality of the room.

Won’t stay there again
Pros:

The pool was great .

Cons:

The hot tub was not hot!
There was no selection of alternative milk, dairy free or gluten free breakfast options very disappointing. I had a big group we had to ask 3 times for more towels they only came 2 times and still wasn’t enough towels for us to use.

Pros:

Nothing to be honest.

Cons:

I checked out one night earlier. Horrible experience. Booked room with spa, room is 111, most noisy spot in the hotel. Elevator right behind bedroom, reception area few steps away, you could hear everything. Will never stay at this place again.
