Just a normal Holiday Inn experience. We were put into a room for disabled people and the shower was a disaster. Water all over the bathroom floor. We were offered another room but we had already unpacked and were very tired after our flights. We had arrived from Spain to attend my brothers funeral and had to take two flights. One from Alicante to Birmingham and then to Belfast International. Being holiday season this was the only way we could get to N. ireland

Great value for money - would definitely stay again. The staff were wonderful - keep it up!

Everything was perfect, only for the carpet in our bedroom could be changed - loads of stains which look unpleasant !!!

The breakfast was nice.

Cons:

One of the worst hotels I've ever been to. The floor was filthy, the WiFi didn't work, someone was sick in the elevator and I'm pretty sure I stood in poo in the room. Mortified. They certainly aren't cleaning under the beds. They move easily.

From the moment we arrived everything was lovely. The fella that checked us in was so nice and friendly. The beds were lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing we really enjoyed it. Wouid definitely stay again
