The staff were amazingly helpful and courteous. The whole facility was sparklingly clean. Breakfast was generous.
I had handicap accessibility. The bed was tall—needed stool. The toilets throughout were short in height. Needed help to get up. In room , no bar to get up.

This property was away from all the busy areas which was good because we weren’t there to party. We were visiting someone. Free parking was a plus and the free breakfast was a typical breakfast area with eggs, bacon, or sausage, potatoes, waffle station, oatmeal, cereal, juices, and coffee, bagels, and muffins. It’s always a plus when that’s included. Gives you a good start to the day air-conditioning worked great in the room once it got started. I require a firm bed for my back and although it was not stiff, it also wasn’t overly fluffy, which was good for me. We saw quite a few pups with their owners which we liked because now we have another option when we need to bring our pup along.
Overall, the room was clean when we arrived. There was one very big water bug in the room when we got there. We got rid of it, threw it in the trash, went downstairs and notified the front desk and asked if housekeeping can remove it and throw the trash out other than that, we had no other problems.

The pool area had no shading. There should be some covering for those who doesn't want to sit directly in the Sun.
