Sympa et pratique, même avec un bébé !
Pros:

L'hotel et le personnel sont super, tout était propre et fonctionnel. La chambre n'était pas prête lorsque nous sommes arrivés, mais l'hôtesse nous a offert une boisson en attendant.
Un arrêt de bus se trouve juste en face de l'hôtel !

Cons:

L'emplacement n'est pas le plus commode ou le plus intéressant, il faut bien descendre quelques rues pour trouver des restaurants et bars sympas.

Good location if you are using montparnasse train station, poor air con, but great staff
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and efficient

Cons:

Their air con wasn’t working very well, they did tell us at check in, but there was no mention of this on bookings. It’s very hard to change hotels when you have arrived, but the staff did allow us to see the rooms.

Pros:

Emplacement très pratique à proximité immédiate de la ligne 13.
Personnel très accueillant et compétent.
Merci tout spécialement à Leopold et Enderson.
Limonade fraîche très appréciée.
Nous reviendrons.

Une baignoire à rénover et une faïence à refaire pour se mettre aux standards proposés par la concurrence.

Personnel extrêmement sympathique et à l'écoute. Emplacement parfait. Chambre très correcte .... mais ....

Cons:

.... odeur insupportable dans la chambre. Il est clair que le problème était connu du personnel qui a immédiatement tenté de me reloger dans une autre chambre mais malheureusement il n'y en avait pas de disponible. Le personnel d'accueil m'a conseillé d'en parler au manager le lendemain matin (encore une fois, le problème n'est pas nouveau dans cette chambre) ce que j'ai fait : cette personne a commencé par minimiser le problème voire à le nier. S'en est suivi une conversation très tendue. J'ai obtenu au final une ristourne de 20% ce qui me semble fort peu compte-tenu du problème (obligé d'ouvrir la fenêtre pendant la nuit en période caniculaire !!!!).

Super nuit, très calme, situation de l’hôtel parfaite, je reviendrai avec plaisir.
