Pros:

Pros:

Great hotel in Paris; clean, comfortable, and well-located. A special mention to WISSEM at the front office. He was very friendly, welcoming, and informative. I have stayed in many hotels worldwide, and his service truly stands out. He is an exceptional asset to the hotel.
Also, the rest of the team deserves appreciation too. The housekeeping staff kept the rooms spotless, and everyone from reception to support staff was courteous, helpful, and professional throughout the stay.
Highly recommended!

Het verblijf maakt alles nog beter!
Pros:

Het bed was super goed, badkamer (douche is uitstekend) , kortom de kamer was geweldig

Het personeel verdient wel 5 sterren; super behulpzaam, altijd klaar met raad en daad, niets is teveel.

Cons:

Geen minpunten, alles tip top!

Pros:

Location of the hotel right next to a metro station. Very good size of the room for Paris and well organized. The staff was helpfull and very nice. Small hotel but pleasant overall and close to a lot of options to eat even late the evening.

Cons:

On the floor and on the room was a very unpleaseant smell from humidity. In our bathroom on the shower was mold on some places of the wall. The shower did not worked properly. The fridge did not worked. Lucky we did not needed.

Très bon hôtel pour un court séjour.
Pros:

Le personnel hyper qualifié et attentionné ; la literie et l espace de la chambre. C est un des rares hôtels à proposer des chambres pour 3 pers !

Cons:

La salle de bain date un peu… pas assez de lumière dans la salle de bain notamment devant le miroir pour se maquiller.

The stay overall for me was good.
Pros:

Clean and a nice breakfast. Wanted to be close to the train station and it was. Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Very dark room. Could hardly see! A friend had no air conditioning and they did not move her. The hotel was NOT full. 🥺. They put a fan in her room which was not doing the job well enough.

Could not stay at the hotel as A/C was not working
Pros:

The A/C was not working in the hotel. So i requested the cancellation of my stay. The staff, very friendly, promised the reimbursement (to be done by Booking) and provided assistance to find another hotel
