We had a great time and will be back next year.
Pros:

The location was amazing. We were able to walk to the boardwalk whenever we wanted and it was so convenient with two kids. Also, the kids loved that there were two pools. The facility was clean and overall comfortable. The price was reasonable for the location and quality of the hotel.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Very kind and helpful staff.
Pros:

Perfect location, staff/supervisor helped me reschedule my stay when I needed to push check in back a day, staff was sooooo nice! Carol was amazing and even got our mini frig replaced as it was leaking water when we checked in and wasn't getting cold. She's a gem!

Cons:

The air conditioners leak right onto the balcony soaking the balcony so you definitely need shoes to walk out there. Housekeeping didn't stop in everyday to take trash or give fresh towels we just had to ask the front desk for towels.

Comfortable and great location.
Pros:

The location was great, just a very short walk to the boardwalk and beach. The staff was very friendly and responsive.

Cons:

The room was comfortable but dated and there were bugs that appeared.

Ocean City Gateaway
Pros:

The location is perfect, on the Boardwalk. The place is clean, we were lucky to get second floor so did not have to wait for the elevator much just take the stairs. Amenities are pretty good. Sink, fridge and microwave are awesome. Free parking and nearby.

Cons:

Water pressure is little funny, feel more like sprinkler. Maybe it’s just like that in the area, it was working though.

The location was good

Cons:

Staff basically ignored you with the exception of the girl that checked us in. Rooftop pool only 3ft deep and water was very cold. Toilet seat in bathroom was not properly secure and mold around the ceiling. Booked a room with spa tub and it did not work. Overall have stayed in much better hotels in OCMD and will not return to this one!

Pros:

I like that it was close to the boardwalk the location, even though it was next to a homeless center in the church and there were tons of people out there all day and all night it was my grandbaby was with us. We didn’t approve of that.

Cons:

Everything‘s old dirty the bedspread are dirty sheets, dirty, and just wear and tear just getting old
