It is very easy to imagine living here - the apartment, the amenities, the surfaces so clean you can see your pores in them. It was a fantastic stay in Vietnam.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We greatly appreciated that the staff accommodated our request for an early check-in at 12:00 PM, which made our arrival much more convenient.

The facilities were well-maintained and in excellent condition throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a superb selection of delicious food and catered to a variety of tastes.

Most importantly, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their excellent service made our experience even more enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Gem for a fully equipped serviced apartment with all the hotel faciliities
Pros:

The hotel was stunning, the room was better than expected and the staff were really helpful.
Room was really well equipped, clean & super comfy.

Cons:

Honestly it was all great, the pool was being repaired during our stay, but we were given the option to use another one. (We didn't as it we were too busy)

Great place to stay, just don't eat at the restaurant.
Pros:

Beautiful lovely decorthroughout the hotel,spacious room, generous amount of kitchenware, great breakfast. lots of power points, air-conditioning excellent and much more stable than other places we stayed at, and sound-proofing is excellent.
Despite the minor complaints below I would still recommend this as a great place stay. I would have given this place a 10 and it's a shame it was let down by the staff attitude and the poor restaurant.

Cons:

Reception desk staff not very welcoming or helpful, the rest of the staff were terrific. Reastaurant meals were very poor, waited more than half an hour for our orders and were barely luke warm when served (not freshly cooked). I am sure the food was just defrosted and heated a bit (but not eniough) in a pan, flavourless.
Mentioning the poor quality meals to the reception staff at check out fell on deaf ears.
Couldln't use the pool as it was under maintenance, although this was mentioned in the booking detail.
Archaic wifi setup and despite it's complexity still not very secure, make sure to use a vpn (if you have one).
