Location of the room is important
Pros:

Nice location, very friendly staff. 2 nights of our 4 nights stay we could not sleep before 1.20 due to extremely loud music by e club in the neighbourhod.

Staff very friendly
Pros:

It’s convenient

Cons:

1. No HOT water for showers in the morning (work means I have to be up and showered by 5:45am yet there is no hot water at this time)
2. Breakfast is advertised to start at 6:00am however it is never ready (one morning the lights the restaurant only came on at 6.20 am - very poor service)

Just Missed Swimming in the pool
Pros:

The location was good.Our tour of the surrounding area was interesting with a bonus hotel pick up. The Sleeping Giant mountain range Orchard gardens was the highlight.

Cons:

We were told the swimming pool was under renovation only to find hours before our pick up to the cruise ship a day later that the pool was fully operational full of swimmers

Overall we were very satisfied to stay here two nights before our cruise!
Pros:

We wanted close to the cruise port for easy access morning of the cruise and it definitely is. The pool area is maintained nicely and the dining on property was really very good!

Cons:

Our room was not cool enough when we got there and overall didn't get cool enough as we like for sleeping at night. The bed didn't have a top sheet so you had to sleep no covers at all or a thick duvet. A cooler room fixes this.
