Friendly staff. Public pool and hot tubs clean. Pool with jets in room with TV very nice. Room has nice amenities. Cheap drinks from bar.

Cons:

No manual adjustment of the pool temperature inside of room. Maintenance has to be notified and it takes time.

Wouldn't stay anywhere else in the Coachella Valley

I stayed for the 4th time at the Aqua Soliel Hotel in Desert Hot Springs, CA. First of al it is on Palm Drive which is the main road into the town from I--10. Secondly there is plenty of free parking. The check-in is best and easiest when done directly with the hotel. It is mostly automated, but in a good way. The rooms are affordable, especially for repeat customers. The rooms are spotless. The beds are super comfortable. Rooms are quiet. Lastly, I have never been treated as welcoming as their staff, especially Kathy. She defines customer service and is so attentive to the needs and wants of her guests. Didn't have time to enjoy due. To pressing business, but the pool called out to me every time I walked by and those in the pool were all smiles, even at 108 degrees outside. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in the Coachella Valley.

Good hotel. Good services. Just wished the pool opened longer than 10pm.
Pros:

Good service and television is working with my favorite channels.

Cons:

The pool closes at 10pm. There are some people like me who has a hard time sleeping and around 10pm to 3am, our energy is still high. We wanted to go soak and play in the pool but it was closed already.
