Pleasant Stay
Pros:

Convenient, next to Tim Horton. And towel replacement.

Cons:

The AC wasn't cold, even I lower it to 18C, and the water flow from shower, at first strong, in middle of shower starting to weak.

Nice hotel if it were not for our two issues
Pros:

The room was clean, the staff was nice but couldn’t help us with our biggest issue

Cons:

We booked the hotel because we wanted to use a pool and got there to find out that the pool was scheduled to be closed for a deep cleaning. If we knew in advance we would have booked elsewhere . There was a loud buzzing noise in our room that made it feel like we were sleeping inside a refrigerator

La dame qui a fermé l'accès au déjeuner a eu une attitude vraiment désagréable. Aucun service clientèle. Elle n'est pas dans le bon emploi, ça un peu gaché mon expérience.

Pros:

La chambre etait super, grande et propre. Le personnelle de l'hotel etait très réactif et le petit dejeuner très bon. De plus North Bay est une ville qui merite d'être découverte.

Cons:

Pas grand chose. C'était beaucoup mieux que beaucoup d'hotel pour le même prix ou plus cher.

Krásný, světlý hotel, milý personál, super snídaně. Využila jsem pračku a sušičku a v pořádku. Byli jsme na jednu noc. Casino doporučené hotelem super, voucher na 10dolarů/osobu a vyhráli jsme 400,-! Takže paráda 😉
