2. 무료셔틀 이용=> 공항근처3개 홀리데인인이 있어 처음 숙박하는 고객은 헷갈릴수 있는데 픽업온 직원이 확인 대충하고 본인이 어디 호텔에서 나온지도 정확하게 설명하지 않음
3. 호텔시설 =>호텔이라보기힘들정도이며 한국모텔수준임~샤워실물도 내려가지 않음

Overall disappointing experience
Pros:

The room was a good size for 4 people and clean. Staff were able to store away extra luggage for us which was great.

Cons:

I usually enjoy the breakfasts at Holiday Inn Express, but it wasn't as great at this location with what felt like fewer options. The beds were extremely soft, springy and squeaky, which wasn't very comfortable for us. The airport shuttle was only available every hour and cannot book in advance of your stay so when I arrived at the airport, the next shuttle was already full and the wait was going to be 1.5h. We ended up taking an uber instead because it would have been 2:30AM before we got to the hotel. It was unfortunate since I chose the hotel because it had the shuttle service and we only needed a one night stay for an overnight layover. For our ride to the airport the next morning, the shuttle was great but our family had to be split up because they said the shuttles were very full, so we had to leave earlier than needed and separately. When we got on our shuttle, there would have been enough room for 4 more people. We also had to pay extra for this stay, over double the usual cost to stay here because it was FIFA weekend, which I didn't realize until a few days before. It was definitely not worth the price. I asked if it was possible to make an adjustment to the price. I had emailed the hotel with no response prior to my stay since I had seen that the price dropped by $300. I was in Asia and unable to call them. I take responsibility for not cancelling and rebooking though since I got mixed up with the time difference. I thought I might receive some support, but I guess not and I understand they have no obligation to.

Clean with good breakfast and noisy AC
Pros:

Clean, well maintained, good breakfast

Cons:

Noisy AC, had to turn it off, but it was a pretty warm evening. When I told the staff person at the desk at checkout, there was not apology or regret.

Großes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern und genügend Parkplätzen vor der Tür
Pros:

Super Lage für alle, welche etwas außerhalb der Stadt übernachten wollen, Anbindung zum Flughafen mit Shuttle. Einrichtungen wie Restaurant, Kino; Cafe fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Frühstück wird auf Einweggeschirr angeboten. Könnte auf alle Fälle verbessert werden

Good stay with extra money from me.
Pros:

The location is away from the city where the traffic is low. Breakfast was good. Products in the bathroom was good.

Cons:

Hotel collected from me $108.95 as security deposit apart from my room charges. It seems that it will be given back after 5-10 days, which I'll to watch carefully for the next 10 days. This is NOT fair. These type of charges are vanished in the hotel industry. I don't think I would stay with Holiday Inn, if this practice is followed in future.

Nice and clean hotel, Quiet area but perfect for families!
Pros:

The suite has a full kitchen great for families, free parking and free breakfast!

Cons:

Everything was great except the microwave was not working - they replaced it with a smaller one which was fine.

Adequate hotel - Well priced compared to the competition
Pros:

Good size rooms

Cons:

Poor common spaces, noisy traffic.
The hotel only provides “limited“ shuttle service to the airport which means once an hour, a long time to wait at the airport for a lift to your hotel.

Für die erste Nacht nach einem langen Flug mehr als ausreichend.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war herrvorragend, großes Angebot sowohl für den europäischen als auch den nordamerikanischen Geschmack. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

They said they would email me an invoice. Never did.
Charged 150 dollar deposit as part of my total bill instead of separately. Have to wait 5-7 days to get a deposit back. Ridiculous. Should just be pre-authorized and returned at checkout.
