Won’t stay again
Pros:

Clean

Cons:

Bed was not comfortable at all and the room was extremely hot even though we had it turned to cool and set at 64. It also turned off so much at night. Definitely an older hotel that needs some updates. Hallways were super hot. It felt like they didn’t have a/c. We were there when the temperature was 39 outside.

Für eine Übernachtung zwischen Flughafen und der Fähre nach Vancouver Island gut gelegen und ruhig. Großer Parkplatz.

Cons:

Frühstück war Massenbetrieb, wenig sonstige Möglichkeiten (Restaurants) in der Nähe.

Quick overnight stay was comfy.
Pros:

Bed was comfy. Room was large. Packed breakfast for early departures was a nice touch.

Cons:

Shuttle runny only every hour on the hour wasn’t very convenient given it only seats 6.
Every 30 minutes would be ideal.

A bad experience and the first of its kind in my life.

Breakfast is the best thing about that hotel.

The customer service was terrible, and the staff who answer the calls and are supposed to handle customer service were irresponsible. I would think twice before booking there. Before booking, knowing that my flight arrived at 1 am, I called the hotel to inquire about check-in, as other hotels don't require check-in until 11 pm. They replied that they had no problem with it.The check-in time and airport transfer were also incorrect. Despite this, I felt completely confident and booked, paying the full amount through the app. My flight arrives in Vancouver. Arriving from Toronto at 1 am, once I picked up my suitcase I called the hotel to arrange the transfer pickup. I made that call at 1:20 am. At the hotel reception they told me there was no problem, that the transfer would arrive at 2:15 am. I thought it was strange that it took so long, but beyond the tiredness I replied that there was no problem and that I would wait for the transfer. At 2:15 it hadn't arrived, so I called again and they told me it would arrive shortly. At 2:30 I called again, already angry. Because I felt it wasn't fair; my wife and I were the only people at airport gate 21. Information that had been passed on during the first call. The story ends with me paying for an Uber to take me to the hotel, checking in at 3:10 am!! Imagine, the first ferry was at 7 am And I only had about 4 hours left to sleep, which I deduced was the most expensive booking of my life, almost CAD 100 per hour, since I only had 4 hours left to use the facilities. I asked at reception to speak with the manager the next day, but I realized that the manager hadn't received that information because it hadn't arrived when I checked out. To whom it may concern. Tired of arguing beforehand, I left the premises without saying anything to ensure with a review that other potential travelers and customers don't have the same experience. It was the ugliest and most expensive experience of my life.

Pros:

Allowed us to leave our luggage there for a few hours while we went out to eat at nearby restaurant while room was being cleaned.

Cons:

We had booked the shuttle to airport the day before but there were too many people( and suitcases ) for the van so the driver of Holiday Inn Express said that they had ordered an Uber for us.We waited and waited and finally went into check at the front desk and they said that they had not ordered an Uber. That was disappointing since we had been waiting for quite a long time. The Uber did finally come so we made it to the airport.
