A better value option that most of the 3-4 star hotels closer to the airport. There is a free, usually hourly, shuttle van than leaves the hotel on the hour, which takes approx 30 mins for the airport run. Drop off or airport pickup is then on L3 departures. Hotel departures can be pre-booked and would need to be so managed, with the high occupancy of this place and the small sizes of the 2 vehicles that I saw being used.
The std room was clean, fairly modern and mostly comfortable. There is a small fridge (no freezer component though) a microwave and the ubiquitous Keurig coffee pod machine and actually 3 pods. No room safe either.
A window can be part opened. There is an adjustable in room air con. Most rates include a breakfast; which because of our late arrival flight and early departure flight the following morning, we were not able to use despite paying for a 2 night stay.
The free, in room wi-fi worked well.
Communication responses from the hotel prior to our stay were very poor via both Booking.com messages and emailing them directly. Otherwise I might have rated this a 4 star stay.

The place needs to be updated, especially the rooms, the room we had the bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was sinking in, the bathroom -shower/tub should be updated there were cracks in the tub, the shower curtains don’t cover tub so water goes everywhere. Very tiny with toilet and tub.

Pas loin de Vancouver environ 30 minutes pour aller à Granville voir les baleines de belles places de parking pour se garer même en pick up un petit déjeuner copieux et en quantité suffisante plutôt pas mal
La buanderie où on a pu laver notre linge sale de 10 jours de road trip à travers les rocheuses un grand plus et pour finir la petite piscine qui fait du bien pour se délacer après la journée
Honestly, nothing about the stay was satisfying. The property’s severe safety hazards and management’s lack of accountability completely ruined the experience.
1. Major Security Breach: My room door (Room 144) was left unlatched/unlocked for over 14 hours due to failure by hotel personnel, posing an unacceptable security risk.
2. Physical Injury & Safety Hazard: An improperly mounted shower fixture detached during use and caused physical injury.
3. Poor Housekeeping & Unprofessional Service: Subpar cleanliness and dismissive attitude from local management when these severe issues were raised.
4. Inadequate Resolution: Offering mere rewards points for major safety breaches and physical injury is completely unacceptable.
Breakfast included. Shuttle to the airport included. Helpful staff.
Nothing not to like.
