Location was great!
There were a lot of spiders in the pool area and it very uncomfortable hot in the pool.
The location was good. The entry way looked nice. I wish we had time to try the food.
The staff were a little stand-off ish except for the lady who checked us out. She seemed like the only one who wanted to be there. When we checked in, we were trying to go to a wedding. We got two rooms. Our key card for the room would not work (after 3 times of us going down to get a new card) and eventually the maintenance guy had to let us in the room. The key also did not work when we returned from the wedding later. In the other room we had, they were still cleaning it, at 5pm, so we could not use that room either. The hallways and rooms seemed old and used but clean.

Dirty, leaks everywhere, shabby, needed repairs, no coffee or enough food at breakfast. Was awful.

My burger was spot on! Have an old fashioned. Or 2 lol Jackie makes a mean one
Jacqueline provided excellent and friendly service. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating while ensuring we felt welcomed and comfortable during our stay. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone seeking a hotel in the area!
Everything was great. Jackie in the bar is always wonderful to be around and she makes great food and a great atmosphere. I've been coming to this hotel for a few years now whenever I'm in the Chicago area. Hotel is always clean and organized.

The place inside it is old style and the bathroom it is small I. Out style
Aurora, Illinois Holiday Inn: After a very long and exhausting day it was so appreciated to sit in a lovely cocktail lounge and enjoy excellent service from Jackie the Bartender. She had a very welcoming smile and friendly demeanor. My drink was excellent and if I lived in the area she would see me and my partner more often.
