I will definitely be staying here again. Very clean and friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable.

This a great hotel close to the Raleigh airport with complimentary shuttle service.
The rooms are comfortable and the gym has a nice assortment of machines and weights to get a good workout.

Overall everything was great

Clean and good location. Only complaint was that I requested a 2pm checkout (which was given due to my status, however, I had housekeeping knocking on my door at 12pm (even with do not disturb sign). Need better communication with housekeeping staff for late check outs.

The Room was absolutely great

Great location for some local businesses as well as to UNC etc.

Hotel is close to RDU and airport transport is great feature!

Staff is TOP SHELF as I mentioned at the opening of this review. Hotel website calls out James at the bar/restaurant are, and were is correct, go and meet James!

Ge has his finger in the pulse of it all, amazing service, fast and prepared with your drink and food! Aside from that, conversation and knows incoming regular guests. Just an amazing hotel and James was the icing on the cake!

Excellent service! Staff at evening check-in as well as super-early morning check-out were very pleasant & helpful! The room was spotless, smelled fresh, & the Dove toiletries were fantastic! The bed & pillows were ridiculously comfortable & the blackout curtain was INSPIRED! Great Wifi, even HBO! Lots of parking & even snagged a place I could see from my room! Yay! Lots of night-time parking lights too! Brilliant! Excellent location for RDU. Thanks so much!

When you pull into the parking lot, you wowed by the beauty of this property!! After finding a parking spot, we checked in. Now, it was 9:45pm and we were a little late. That was no problem for our check in, because the lady that checked is in Was smiling and cheerful!! Somehow, we made a mistake in our reservation, because I had Read online that breakfast was included. She apologized and told us we didn’t get that package. I was disappointed, after listening to her give an explanation and showing us where we went left instead of right. The room was very nice! Had a small Keurig, with 3 pods and two small bottle of water. The bed was comfortable and the shower was HOT!! I loved the shower head-lots of options!! The free coffee and strawberry water, downstairs, was GREAT!! We will be coming back in October and I already know where we are staying!!

Keiba was SO friendly, welcoming, caring and accommodating! James was the best food & beverage guy ever!!! Shuttle drivers were super!!!

Everything was great. Keyon at the front desk is the man. Put up with us all weekend hanging out in the lobby :) Really great stay!

We were very impressed with the Holiday Inn Raleigh-Durham Airport. We were greeted upon our arrival and check-in was quick. Our room was spacious and well appointed. We were very impressed with the full line of Dove toiletries, as well as the refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker. The bed was sooooo comfortable and the clearly marked choice of pillow firmness was great. The sheets felt very luxurious. We enjoyed the conversation with James the bartender - don't miss meeting him during your stay! Our airport shuttle driver was very nice and helpful. We will definitely recommend that any of our friends flying out of RDU stay here & we will be back!

Convenient location for early morning flights out of RDU. Peaceful sleep.
