The bartender was excellent.
All was okay
Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. I like that we could use the airport shuttle fee of charge.
Location was perfect, we were diverted tom Raleigh/Durham airport because of the storm over the East Coast. We called the hotel when we landed and got our bags, the airport shuttle was easy to find and only took 5 minutes to get to the hotel. Check in was great, the staff member at the front desk was SO HELPFUL and kind.
Our room was nice... We were only in it for 6 hours, but the bed was comfy, the air conditioning worked well and the shower was hot and refreshing in the morning!
This was considered the overflow hotel for a conference I was attending. The hotel provided shuttle services to and from the other hotel. Each time we called they were there within 10 minutes. I left a very valuable item on the shuttle and before I realized it was missing the hotel was notifying me that they had it in the lobby for me! The employees at the front desk were very friendly and polite! Shuttle to and from the airport arrived on time and got me where needed on time!
One of the best IHG hotels in Raleigh and super close to the airport . The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the atmosphere was pleasant! Thank you IHG for a cozy and safe hotel stay. :-)
I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Raleigh-Durham Airport by IHG. The hotel was clean, modern, and well-maintained from the lobby to the guest rooms. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made check-in quick and easy.
The room was comfortable with a cozy bed, plenty of space, and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the convenient location near RDU Airport, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travel. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping options just a short drive away.
Overall, this hotel offers great value, excellent customer service, and a comfortable experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable hotel in the Raleigh-Durham area.
This is a very nice Holiday Inn. The staff was kind and respectful. The room was clean and quiet. It had a really comfortable bed and great pillows.
They charge you $10 for self parking even if you are just staying a short time overnight
On top of that they charge for Breakfast which I understand can be acceptable…
But save your money and go to another nearby hotel that does not charge for Self Parking

The room was spotless. It was so modern and so clean in the front desk. Young lady was very nice. I will definitely go there againwhen I have to fly out of RDU and I didn’t know that I could leave my car there pay $10 a day to park and get the shuttle the airport. I will know next time thank you Holiday Inn Morrisville it was awesome
This was at the end of a 3 week trip. So we were staying overnight.

The staff were so friendly and so caring. I was there are a pet surgery at UNC. I was so nervous wreck, and had to cut my stay cut. They were so understanding and only charged me the one night and not the all week. The location was not too far from the university and the airport was never heard. The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was so good. When the surgery is scheduled again, I will be staying here.
Wasn’t too impressed with the check in. It was very rushed and I was kind of brushed off so the girl at desk could return to a private call. Little disappointed the restaurant was closed.
Very professional friendly staff at reception and we appreciated the early check in after a long red eye flight from Hawaii. Excellent location close to some restaurants for lunch.
