Exceptional stay
Pros:

Came to Raleigh for a work trip. Location was a simple 2 mile drive. Hotel was easy accessible to get everywhere around Raleigh. The pool and gym were a huge bonus. Enjoyed the complimentary cookies every day and the water and coffee kept me hydrated and energized. Staff was kind and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious. Luckily had a work perk to enjoy breakfast for free. Overall a perfect place for me to stay for my work trip

Pros:

Rooms were recently remodeled and refreshed. First room had broken AC. Front desk issued me a new room immediately. When cold AC! Will be back next time I visit Durham!

Nice hotel, good location
Pros:

I would give it a five but we were told when we checked in we had to pay 10$ a day for parking. I mean, seriously, I’m paying for the room and I don’t even get parking?

Great place near the airport
Pros:

This Holiday Inn is clean and pretty new. Accommodations are comfy and the room has lots of outlets and USB ports. All in all a very pleasant place to stay. A little noise from jets taking off but not too bad.

Pros:

The room was clean and mattress comfortable. The blinds didn’t work correctly (electronic wall operated) but otherwise everything was great. Snacks and sandwiches available for purchase and water, tea, and k-cups available in the room.

Great airport hotel
Pros:

Location was perfect, we were diverted tom Raleigh/Durham airport because of the storm over the East Coast. We called the hotel when we landed and got our bags, the airport shuttle was easy to find and only took 5 minutes to get to the hotel. Check in was great, the staff member at the front desk was SO HELPFUL and kind.
Our room was nice... We were only in it for 6 hours, but the bed was comfy, the air conditioning worked well and the shower was hot and refreshing in the morning!
