Pros:

the parking is convenient and free

Cons:

You have an infestation of rats running around from the Mc Donalds next door to your garbage cans to your basement, i have seen these running around in the morning before I left in the car park and at night when I came back, they are so confident that they just run towards you with out being worried that you are going to kick them away. These rats are as big as cats. I have seen 1 cat that walked away from them.

Clean and Comfortable Family Stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean hotel and room, comfortable bed, free parking, and very good breakfast.

Cons:

Location is a little far from Manhattan, some outside noise, and the breakfast menu was the same each day.

Fabulous! Great customer service.
Pros:

The breakfast was phenomenal, one of the best I have seen in all my travels around the world, and in my 28 years of military service (Navy). The location is a bit of a hustle to buses and trains, especially trains, but it's manageable.

Cons:

My room was very noisy. The AC and the bathroom were very noisy. It seemed as if the toilet was constantly flushing on it its own. We had a room on the basement (C level), and one of the elevators wasn't working. So, there was always a long wait to get to my room.
Parking is a bit of a challenge; it's first come first serve bases.
They didn't have tour information or tickets on sale at the counter, like other hotels with organized trips or tours.
No Suttles available to take you to and from bus or train stations.
