Hotel muy bien ubicado...cerca de las principales atracciones con muy bien precio en relacion a los hoteles sque puedes encontrar en Manhattan. Todo limpio y el personal muy atento.

Cons:

Encontrar parqueo tarde en la.noche era un poco complicado la capacidad se llegabas mucho mas de lo que podía permitir el hotel

I wouldn't waste money unless you want bed bugs
Pros:

The staff was very nice

Cons:

Pretty sure there were bed bugs. We woke up with blood on the sheets, it also just had a very bad smell, the room was hot all night as the air conditioner hardly worked, there was garbage in the halls and on the elevator floor. It just seemed like they hardly ever cleaned it

My stay was warm, inviting, peaceful and fun!
Pros:

The receptionist who assisted me at check-in was personable, warm, funny, and knowledgeable. She made a point to ask if I was a rewards member to ensure I received my points, which I truly appreciated. She also took a moment to chat and engage in friendly conversation, which is always such a pleasant experience when traveling.

I feel terrible that I didn’t catch her name, but if there’s any way to find out who she was, please extend my kindest gratitude and appreciation to her.

Cons:

The beds and pillows were not the most comfy but I do appreciate the amount of pillows and blankets! I also have an incredible bed at home so it may not be fair to compare the two.
Additionally, there was a left over razor, hair from a brush and a tissue in the bathroom trash that must have been from the previous guest. Aside from that, the room was clean.
