Prima voor 2 nachtjes Arras
Pros:

Lekkere ruime kamer op de 4e verdieping met balkon, en zeer goed werkende airconditioning.
De kamer was erg schoon.
Parkeren is prima geregeld, ligt onder het hotel en super makkelijk te vinden overal staat het aangegeven op de borden, wij snappen dan ook niet dat mensen klagen in de reviews dat ze het niet konden vinden.
Parkeren kost 12 euro per dag.
Het hotel ligt op 5 minuten lopen van het centrum.
Ontbijt is prima er ligt alles wat je nodig hebt, het kan wat uitgebreider maar de prijs kwaliteit verhouding is prima 😀
Personeel is prima, maar kan wel wat vriendelijker/enthousiaster.

Cons:

De verbrande spek bij het ontbijt, en de jam was elke dag op, en wij waren er als eerste.
De stad Arras is mooi maar bevat eigenlijk maar 2 grote pleinen, en een paar kleine winkelstraatjes.

Très bonne base de séjour pour visiter Arras
Pros:

Jolies chambres classiques. Grande salle de bains. Literie de bon confort.
Parking à côté avec prix spécial pour les clients pour la nuit.
Pas très éloigné du centre.
Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute.
Bon petit-déjeuner.

Rien en particulier.

Great budget stay, nice staff!
Pros:

Lovely little kids bag given to the children with some little toys and games for their stay. Comfortable room, nice bathroom, plenty of room. The TV allowed you to screen cast so we could watch something of our choosing. Good location, easy walk into Arras. We followed this stay, with two 4 star hotels and we preferred this to either of them.

A nice stop in a lovely town on way back to England from holiday in Italy

Car park unclear as no signage. Like most we parked in car park at back not owned by hotel. As unclear where to g for under ground carpark. Reception staff said just pay at machine in way out. ticket machine not working at 5am took ages to get out

Great One-Night Stopover at Holiday Inn Express Arras

Staying for one night on August 10, 2026, the Holiday Inn Express Arras proved to be an exceptionally convenient, clean, and comfortable base right in the heart of town. Its prime location directly opposite the main train station made exploring Arras's historic squares an easy 10-minute walk. The front desk staff were warm and efficient at check-in, the air-conditioned room offered a quiet and restful sleep, and the complimentary breakfast buffet provided a fresh, well-stocked spread to fuel our morning departure.

Cons:

The underground Carnot car park incurs an additional daily fee (€12–€19/night) and the entrance can be tricky to navigate on There is no full-service restaurant for dinner only basic bar snacks/pizzas, so you'll need to walk into town for a hot meal.
No fridge in the room.
