Friendly staff and good breakfast choices.
The elevator was broken and my room was on the second floor. I am elderly and have alot of trouble with stairs. No offer was made for a first floor room. Perhaps that wasn't possible, in which case a discounted rate should have been given due to the lack if such an important service as the elevator. My room was directly across from the stairwell, thus all night long I was kept awake by people going in and out of the stairwell door. It was very loud!

Elevator remained broken for a week
The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was everything I wanted it to be. The room was clean and dark when the shade was drawn.
During our stay the elevator was out of service however they did contact me and let me know beforehand. My main issue was the beds, while not terribly uncomfortable they were definitely not a standard queen size as advertised.

Staff is always friendly. Spa bath is amazing.
Elevator was broken so the stairway door was used all the time and it slammed and kept waking us up.
We found leftover food from restaurant in the fridge and a lighter in our room on the floor.
We had a problem with the microwave and never did figure out the TV. But we did fine without those things.
The hotel was situated in a very quiet area not on a busy road and with nothing much directly adjacent to it which is perfect for sleeping. Beds were comfy and breakfast was great and timely. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were so friendly.

I think it was an ok experience I liked the staff was fast and nice.
I did not like the breakfast. I did not like the bed or pillows. Couldn’t get comfortable. The water pressure and temp was low and colder than I like it
