Pros:

All of the workers from front desk to the rooms and maids

Cons:

I booked the room cause I always get my grandson whn im in town and wanted to take him to the pool
But couldn't get in cause the pool was closed unsafe cause they was trying to get the treatment for the pool right so I wasted money goin to my favorite spot

Also now they charge you to park at the hotelI they charge $5.00 a day to park so if you kool on that go for it

So if you goin to book make sure to call before you book to make sure the pool is working if that's one of the main reason to stay if you don't like the beach and rather the pool

Other then what I don't like I love this place staff great clean rooms great energy staff friendly and helpful even the people that clean your room are nice

It was in a great area. Staff greeted us pleasantly.

Cons:

Bathroom smelled like mildew.
Breakfast was not as good as front staff said it would be.
Beds were hard. Tv sound was not very good.

Ok bacon cheap greasy uneatable..staff was rude

I paid extra for an allergen room. It was filthy with dust bugs...have pictures and film..I made complaint to front dest staff..my niece cleaned the ac unit so we could turn it on .dusted light fixtures..

I paid extra for a clean room because we have allergies and oi was there for surgery.

I also paid for hot tub next to work out room.

What work out room???? No hot tub...lesson booking website. Front desk staff said bookings lies all the time. Since I did 3rd party booking ..holiday inn could not do anything.. I will never book with holiday inn or booking .com again. Also had to pay to park. We are both disabled..Others were in the handicap parking no placards...we had to park in back rows and wheel luggage in ourselves. Total disappointment..
Here for a stressful surgery. Thought we would get to relax. Instead dirt stress and no help.

Pros:

This is about my third or fourth time staying here due to the point to location close to family.

Cons:

Not enough towels in the room, but they leave a message that you could always ask for more. Unfortunately was already involved in the shower and before realizing. So really it's on me. Sorry guys bravo we can do better sorry guys

Slept ok I other bed some help were polite a couple rude!

The heated pool was not only not heated but was very cold and very dirty the help blamed it on wind this was Bs
