Rubbish, facilities not available. Should have been informed, if we had, we would not have booked.
Pros:

Modern property. Would have been good if facilities not available.

Cons:

Only booked because of the bar, terrace and restaurant -ALL CLOSED FOR A PRIVATE PARTY - WE WERE NOT INFORMED THAT THIS WAS THE CASE - TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Pros:

Központi, de csendes.
Szép kilátás a hegyekre.
Párnás kávéfőző volt a szobában.

Cons:

A foglaláskor nem ajánlott fel reggelit, így nem tudtam megrendelni.
A szobában nem volt hűtőszekrény.
Több izzó nem világított.
Mindkét paplan tömése középről teljesen szétcsúszott, már cserélni kellett volna!

Bardzo dobry hotel w centrum, z pysznym śniadaniem i czystym pokojem.
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko centrum oraz dworca, w pobliżu liczne restauracje i sklepy. Hotel czysty, ładnie wyposażony. Śniadania obfite i bardzo dobre.

Osztrák mentalitásban bízhatsz!
Pros:

Elhelyezkedés közel a látnivalókhoz. Személyzet kedves segítőkész. A szállida tiszta, a reggeliző személyzete is megfelelő, a reggeli bőséges finom a kávé is. A fitness terem gszdsgom felszerelt, ottt is tisztaság van!

Cons:

A szobában a villanykapcsolók elhelyezése... hát azon nehéz eligazodni!😄
A fürdőszobában nem tudtam felakasztani a kimosott fehérneműt!

こじんまりとしたイタリア・スロベニアに面したオーストリアの都市での滞在にいいところ
Pros:

ドイツからイタリアに車に旅行するのに、中継地としてVillachに滞在しました。ホテルはVillachのシンボルであるドラーヴァ川（ドラウ川）沿いで、朝食も川を眺めながら、豊富な種類の食事をとることができました。Villachの中心地にも歩いて行けて、立地が良かったです。部屋も綺麗で広く快適で、家族のキャリーケースを置いて、次の旅の荷物の確認もできました。レセプションの対応も良かったです。イタリアだけでなく、スロベニアにも近く、Ljubljanaにも車で1時間半ほどで行けてしまうようです。

Cons:

ゲスト用Wi-Fiのセキュリティに問題がありました。パスワード無しでアクセスできてしまうため、セキュリティに脆弱性があるため、私のスマホとＰＣではブロックしてしまい使えませんでした。Fortinetのネットワーク機器を導入されているようですが、ゲストWi-Fiはしっかりセキュリティを堅牢にした設定にするべきだと思いました（FortiClient, FortiGate等いろいろ機能はあります）。
また、地下駐車場はホテル宿泊客用のスペースがありますが、ホテル代に含まれていなく別途追加で支払う必要があります。

Cons:

Die Zusatzkosten von € 28,00 für meinen nicht haarenden, nichts verschmutzenden Kleinhund
finde ich wirklich zu hoch. Es gab auch keinerlei Zusatzequipment, das diesen Preis eventuell rechtfertigen würde!
Darüber hinaus finde ich einen Personenlift
für ein 7stöckiges Hotel zu wenig.
