こじんまりとしたイタリア・スロベニアに面したオーストリアの都市での滞在にいいところ
Pros:

ドイツからイタリアに車に旅行するのに、中継地としてVillachに滞在しました。ホテルはVillachのシンボルであるドラーヴァ川（ドラウ川）沿いで、朝食も川を眺めながら、豊富な種類の食事をとることができました。Villachの中心地にも歩いて行けて、立地が良かったです。部屋も綺麗で広く快適で、家族のキャリーケースを置いて、次の旅の荷物の確認もできました。レセプションの対応も良かったです。イタリアだけでなく、スロベニアにも近く、Ljubljanaにも車で1時間半ほどで行けてしまうようです。

Cons:

ゲスト用Wi-Fiのセキュリティに問題がありました。パスワード無しでアクセスできてしまうため、セキュリティに脆弱性があるため、私のスマホとＰＣではブロックしてしまい使えませんでした。Fortinetのネットワーク機器を導入されているようですが、ゲストWi-Fiはしっかりセキュリティを堅牢にした設定にするべきだと思いました（FortiClient, FortiGate等いろいろ機能はあります）。
また、地下駐車場はホテル宿泊客用のスペースがありますが、ホテル代に含まれていなく別途追加で支払う必要があります。

Cons:

Die Zusatzkosten von € 28,00 für meinen nicht haarenden, nichts verschmutzenden Kleinhund
finde ich wirklich zu hoch. Es gab auch keinerlei Zusatzequipment, das diesen Preis eventuell rechtfertigen würde!
Darüber hinaus finde ich einen Personenlift
für ein 7stöckiges Hotel zu wenig.

Pros:

Super Lage direkt in Villach. Sehr bemühtes und nettes Personal. Frühstück bietet alles was das Herz begehrt.

Cons:

Parkplätze sind leider nur in der öffentlichen Tiefgarage vorhanden und nicht beim Zimmerpreis inkludiert.
