I would stay here again
Pros:

The Desk Hostess were very accommodating and made us feel welcome. We needed to stay another day and forgot to check out and they accommodated us by not throwing us out and letting us get another night for the same rate. The bed and room were comfortable. The bus city stopped next to the hotel so it was easy to take the transit into Cincinnati. Everyone was friendly from the the ladies who cleaned to the ones who kept the breakfast replenished . The Location was good and I could walk to a grocery store around the corner.

Cons:

Standard Breakfast... I have had better and more choices but hey....it was enough to get me going for a long day.

The location was great, the check in and check out staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Housekeeping did not leave us more toilet paper
They did not change the bedding after our first night, they just made the bed. There should be more than one chair in the room, the shower was small and the water was not hot. We could not even use the WiFi

Staff was outstanding! Breakfast was fantastic.

Cons:

Our room air conditioner would not cool the room. We were moved to another room but it didn’t have the sofa bed.

Location for bus to take us to ballpark. Comfy beds

Cons:

Bathroom floor very slick from water going under shower curtain. Door lock between adjoining room wouldn't close. Pancake machine not working for breakfast

Solid stay ,great service, comfort and location . Standard HIE breakfast . Would stay again.
Pros:

The free breakfast was basic and forgettable, but it fueled me up for the long day ahead. Everything else about the stay was great. The area was in a good spot with a Koger grocery store within walking distance and TANK city bus that stopped close by to get me into the city of Cincinnati.
