Fantastic hotel
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms and entire hotel were extremely clean. Parking is ample. Plenty of luggage carts. We were there for a concert and the hotel offers a shuttle service, saved me $75 for parking at the event.

There's nothing i didnt like

Pros:

Close to everything and was pretty clean. Breakfast was amazing hot and fresh. With to go bags if you wanted take breakfast to go! Staff friendly and professional!

Cons:

Asked for different body soap and more towels never delivered!!!! Asked for them 2 nights in a row but never received them. Should have had money taken off my bill or credit or gift card given or complimentary 2 nights any holiday inn express.
It is clean and modern updated. Just needs newer carpet.

Expected far more than we were used to the last time we came to Glendale.
Pros:

Staff was very Cordial and answered all my questions for going out to supper. Next morning breakfast staff was again very cordial and answered all my questions for the breakfast meal.

Good, comfortable, affordable stay.
Pros:

Close to Westgate and the football stadium. Clean and nice pool.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit small but it served its purpose and it was comfortable and clean.

Enjoyed the stay
Pros:

Customer service was very nice and friendly which made the stay very joyful.

Cons:

My only complaint is that the breakfast staff are very rude. They literally follow you around picking your breakfast very uncomfortable also would stare at everyone eating.
