Clean , Comfortable and yet near to Dutch Square
Pros:

Hotel is clean and comfortable. especially the pillows.
Hotel is near to Dutch Square. Can either take shuttle bus to Dutch Sq. Or walk to Dutch Sq.

Cons:

Shuttle bus should operate on a 1 hr basis instead of 2 hr basis. Especially from 6pm to 10pm .

Great value but you have to stay at the right floor
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, our room was clean, the swimming pool was great, and our children absolutely loved the Kids Suite.

Cons:

The only downside was that we stayed on the 10th floor, where there was a strong mouldy smell and visible signs of mould. The humidity also seemed unusually high, with even the room door feeling wet. We mentioned this twice to the reception, who kindly offered us another room. As we were only staying for one night, we decided not to move.
I hope the hotel can resolve this issue, as it seems specific to that floor. Apart from that, we had a pleasant stay.

Pros:

The staffs are courteous and helpful. The breakfast spread are plentiful and many varieties. l like the roti canai section, there are plain roti canai, sardine roti canai, and sarang burung roti canai. Your vege curry is superb..
The room is tidy and clean and quiet..
Toilet is clean and amenities are adequate.
Me and wife had a very good stay at your hotel .

Cons:

None, but just to highlight one incident The armbar at the bathtub was broken off due to rust. After a complaint made, the maintenance crew came but bcos it was nite time, they came and clean and apologised for unable to repair that nite. We understood and agreed.

I have stayed here a few times and will choose again
Pros:

The room is spacious comfortable very clean. The room overlooks the pool and the seaview was nice 😃. Good spread of yummy breakfast. Service is excellent

Cons:

The room 810 I stayed needs a new toilet seat!
