Couple stay
Pros:

Private and safe especially for car park as there is security guard. Sea view rooms are great too. Room is clean and housekeeping will replace with bedroom slippers and amenities daily.

Cons:

Thought buffet breakfast is provided daily, there isn’t much variety for our three days’ stay there. Hope to see the menu improves with mashed potatoes, baked pies and kuai kuai. We stayed on the 17th floor and the room has water leakage due to the aircon. We suspect the aircon pipes may be blocked with dirt. We used a dustbin pail to contain the leakage.

Pros:

The location is great. It is close to shopping malls and Jonker Street. The hotel also provide shuttle service at 2 hours interval to and fro Jonker Street. Can check more timing details and pick up points with the concierge during check-in at hotel lobby. The parking at the hotel was also great and easy to navigate. The breakfast was great as well. With local and western food buffet selection available.

Cons:

There was no overhead bridge to cross over the expressway to reach the shopping mall located at the opposite side of the road.

Well located and breakfast buffet was ok.

Cons:

Wouldnt go back. Front desk service wasnt the best. Room had very thin walls. Could practically hear everything from the room next to ours.

Stay was good but not best
Pros:

The location of the hotel is very good. Free shuttle is there also. Rooms are big & clean

Cons:

We were on 20th floor so even with the air con it was quiet warm. Before we went out told the reception but we were not informed whether it was fixed. Breakfast was average. The hotel is in Malaysia but staff do not know the tea called Teh or Teh Halia. Less vegetarian choices are there

The in-room iron was not functioning properly. Tissues were only available in the bathroom/toilet, with none provided in the main room area. In addition, a comb was not included among the room amenities, which was disappointing.

My stay at the hotel was exceptional!
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was good with many varieties. Room was comfortable and staffs were polite and made us feel welcomed. The check-in was a breeze. The facilities were good with some games for the kids
