Premier Inn Stuttgart Airport Messe

It was a little walk (maybe 10 minutes) to get to the train that goes to the airport. The walk is fine, unless the weather is not ideal. There is, however, a bus stop right outside the hotel, which is useful if you wish to arrive from the city. This bus stop does not serve the airport directly.

Personalul foarte acru și superficial, curățenia lasă de dorit , deși am avut full semnal la WiFi netul nu a mers , am semnalat această problemă la recepție dar ignoranță a fost maximă 🤮, prosoapele se schimbă doar dacă spui la recepție altfel nici o șansă , dar la câte hoteluri am fost prosoapele lăsate pe paviment este logic ca le vrei schimbate, nu aș mai alege acest hotel

Die sehr warmen Zimmertemperaturen im Oktober, die sich leider mit der Lüftungsanlage nicht herunter regulieren ließen. Ein Fenster konnte lediglich gekippt werden und brachte neben dem Verkehrslärm keinerlei Verbesserungen. Am nächsten Morgen sprachen wir es bei den Mitarbeitern an, die sich entschuldigen und prüfen lassen wollten. Ob der Fehler behoben werden konnte, entzieht sich unserer Kenntnis, da wir nur für eine Nacht gebucht haben.

Em dois dias de hospedagem não efetuaram limpeza do apto, tivemos que solicitar duas toalhas de banho, e ficamos com a cama desarrumada .

Not so much about the property itself but the room. We booked a family room and there was one double bed and a sofa seat, single. The sofa seat was not made into a bed , there were no sheets or duvet cover for us to make it a bed. There were towels for one person only.
After telling reception staff, we were told it would be sorted out, whilst we went into Stuttgart city for the evening. On return to room (room 524) at 23:20, we found that the sofa bed seat was made up but still only towels for one person.
During the night, even with room card removed from power socket, there was a loud and annoying ticking sound coming from somewhere in the room. We never discovered from where.
