Pros:

Near UNF, only q0 minutes fro. St. John's town center, which has lots of restaurants and shops..Easy to find. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The buffet was ok. We had free meals, but would not pay for it.

Overall, very disappointing.
Pros:

Location was a key factor. Only 13-15 minutes to Mayo Clinic. Front desk lady was very nice and friendly! (Didn’t get her name, but she is pregnant.)

Cons:

Dinner a the Burgers and Brew was very disappointing for the costs. $20 for a burger and onion rings, and the chicken fettuccine tasted like a frozen dinner. Paid extra for breakfast, which was also very disappointing. Oatmeal was not ready two of the three days, eggs I think were from a powder. Boxed cereal was a winner. Wish I hadn’t bothered with the breakfast add on when I booked. Finally, the room was fine, but the beds are extremely firm and very uncomfortable. When checking out, the front desk clerk was really just a warm body watching the counter. He was very unhelpful.
